Had an ac go down on a Sunday. Called Climate Control and they had a technician out Monday. Cool by that evening! Great service!
Well scott burger don't know who's running your company New Trane system installed 8 different guys here to get 6 degree of cooler air than outside.. I don't know about either the product or your techs 6-21, 6-28 still not cooling Not happy..after 5 or 6 the new arrival time for appointments set after 1 5th failed attempt right melanie Armstrong at least michael said you were aware of... can yall please call someone for help.. Seems yall way over yall head.. Update 7-6 still working on it.. Thank you Manual!! Finally!!!
Had a line leak. Tech was very professional and very courteous. Once the leak was repaired he checked everything to make sure the problem had been corrected.

The technician was very kind and helpful. We live an hour away, so it was a little difficult to coordinate the appointment, but we appreciate him coming out .

We recently moved into a new home and have had some issues with one of our units. The entire team from the technicians to office people have all been very responsive and informative. Throughout the service calls everyone has been very helpful and takes the time to explain what the issue is.
They were a couple hours late but did a good job once they got here

I’ve used Climate Control in the past and always had great service but the service has went down quickly. Had a tech come out today to replace the AC capacitor which I knew went out but he did not diagnose anything else on the unit. Said I would have to schedule another service request for him to come out and check the overall system - like freon levels. What?? Is this a scam to charge more? Called his supervisor and he told me that the tech should have checked everything and would be back to do so - Never showed up. I called Climate Control and they said the tech came by - I was sitting on my patio and he never arrived. AC still is not working and no return call. Worse service ever - beware before you have them come out and pay them because your AC system may not be fixed.
Roger was very professional. Got the system up and running quickly. Showed up on time.
AC unit went out on a Friday night, called for service on Saturday morning. Called left a message, team called me back and had a technician out same day. Spoke to technician, Jacob, as he worked. Walked me through all he was doing and did about three rechecks of the system before he left to his next call. Was it cheap? No, but it was professional, quick, and done right the first time. I would call again for service.
David came to assess the situation and clearly had done him homework. He knew we have had previous issues with the unit and diagnosed the issue. He returned later that evening after picking up the part and didn’t leave until he unit was operational! David epitomizes what great customer service is all about!!!
We had a Trane Heat Pump installed last year and we couldn’t be happier with the unit and the service Climate Control has provided. The unit has been energy efficient which has saved us money. We had our semi-annual check up today and the tech explained to us all the checkpoints. Our air filter had not reached the point of needing to be replaced. That was impressive to us and greatly appreciated to not replace the filter if not needed. Since we do not have high volume traffic and multiple animals our filter didn’t need replacing. He did recommend to check it in 2-3 months. Climate Control has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.
