Pete spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. It was not easy to diagnose why our heat had suddenly stopped . Turned out to be a nonworking part that was still under warranty. As was during the coldest weather the winter, we were very very happy.
While nobody likes to deal with HVAC issues, when you have them this is the company to work with. I have had great experiences with Clean Air -- From servicing, troubleshooting and honoring warranties to new equipment installation projects! If you want the best at an affordable price these are the pros to call!!
I have used Clean Air for both my business and residential. Finding honest and reliable AC/Heating repair is difficult. Clean Air is honest and priced fair for the work they do. When I called, they even asked me to check my breaker box first just in case. They did not have to do this. I will definitely continue using them!!

We interviewed and received proposals from several companies to replace our 37 year old furnace. Clear All not only came in aggressively priced, but Brian was also knowledgeable, courteous, patient with our many questions and responsive with quote and questions to our many answers. They were efficient and timely in getting the project done. I would highly recommend Brian and Clear All Heating and cooking for any home heating and cooling project!
I called Clean Air a month ago to do a AC cooling load calculation. I am a repeat customer and had no problems in the past. I arranged to work from home the day of our appointment and the guy doesn't show up. I call and he says he mixed up the dates and came over an hour and a half late. He does the measurements and tells me he'll have a proposal in a week. I am serious about replacing my system and I have high end requirements such as independent zones, smart appliance features, perhaps using a ductless system, etc. A week goes by and no word. I call and he says the guy who does the calculation had a death in the family and it will be another week. I get it, life happens. Wait another week, no word. Call and told he will call me back. Doesn't. Another week, call again, doesn't return my call. Another week, no answer. Geez. I'm trying to give this company over 10K of business and they totally blow me off and are totally unapologetic. I will never give them my business again. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!

Love my new AC System! I had a really old system that needed a complete re-haul done in order to get everything up to code. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after everything was setup and reviewed how to use it with me. I'll be replacing another unit next year and will call them again!
We’ve used Clean Air for several years now and they have never failed to do a great job. They arrive when scheduled to arrive and their work is very good. They’re very knowledgeable. Plus everyone from the office staff to the technicians are so nice and friendly. We’ll always use Clean Air!
Staff very nice and very good price on air filters
We have used Clean Air for about 10 years - for system replacement at our old house and for repairs at our new house. We also use them at our business office. The office staff is always friendly as well as the technicians. Highly recommend.
