Tech never showed. Calls were not returned. Found another plumber to work my issue.
Christianson was the dealer that installed my A/C system when our house was being built, so I've gone back to them for service and repair. Our upstairs A/C stopped working a couple weeks back and we contacted their emergency line and was given a date 4 days out. I get it, that they're busy, but aren't they always busy during the summer?? Anyway, the guy shows up, very late, and I really had to work to get him to just check out the system. I felt like he was pushing me to buy a new system based on a couple of answers from me, before he'd even checked things out. Well it takes some work and I finally get him to check things out. Important to mention that I had spoken with customer service several times during the week, looking for cancelations that we could squeeze into, and never once did they mention a cost. I just thought the guy would give me a quote. Anyway the guy checked the outdoor unit, came back in and said, you probably have a leak, don't know where it is, can't tell me what my best option is, just giving me all of the things it could be. Anyway, he decides to go up in the attic, comes back down and said I had a confirmed leak and that I owed him $359 for the appt. Bear in mind he's fixed nothing, cleaned nothing, no refrigerant or supplies used, nothing. I explain to him that there's no way I'm paying for the trip fee of $99 because I was never told there would be one. He then calls me a liar and after a further unpleasant exchange leaves without providing me a quote. He did tell me that the part I needed was under warranty, and gave me a verbal quote. I later found out that the part was NOT under warranty. Stay away from these guys--plenty of other reputable companies out there.

Johnny and Jesus have been very helpful as far as the convenience of them coming to help me and my family with our water heater problems. They took time to explain and troubleshoot the issue in a superb manner. Thank you so much for coming out you guys! You were amazing!
When it came time to replace our AC I shopped for price, make, timing, and reputation. Christianson carried Carrier and was at a reasonable price (never buy lowest) but most importantly they had a stellar reputation. Been around doing this for over 50 years. They are always on time and professional.
They were the plumbing company contracted to have my house built by DR Horton. The toilet had a huge leak. my water bill came out to over $400. I called. No answer the first time. I attempted to "fix" it and only brought the water bill down to $180. I finally got in contact with them. They sent someone out to fix it. I have been trying to get a form to provide San Antonio Water System (SAWS) It took them months before I could get the letter. Also The woman who answers the phone, I think she is the owner or related to the owner because she has the same last name is very rude.
I had an after hours emergency. My call went to voicemail. Call not returned.
This company is bottom of the barrel with customer service. They did the plumbing for my home. When I called them with a question about items they installed. The woman cackled and said "We can send someone out to check for $89 to start". So they want me to pay them to search and find something they installed? Zero customer service. Clearly they do not keep records of installs and repairs they themselves do. So not reliable. Do not bother unless you want to continue to pay them for their lack of professionalism and poor management.
Jose and Pete have done a great job on two separate service calls. They are very professional and courteous technicians. I plan to utilize Christianson Plumbing and Air for years to come, great company.
I called Christianson because my toilets started to bubble, my shower and tub were full of water! I started to panic! When I called the dispatcher, she was kind and understanding. She said she would send Pablo and Johnny today after 4pm. It was already 1pm when I called. The guys called ahead to let me know they were coming and we're extremely professional. They went above and beyond for me. Evening asking several times if I needed anything else before they left. So if you ask me... Would i recommend these guys? Yes! I felt like they cared. Thank you Johnny and Pablo!
Always outstanding service. Christianson has been my go-to since summer of 2018. Our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave when I was 9 months pregnant. They came out immediately and replaced our entire system at a very competitive price and in record time. They do our spring/fall service every year and are extremely reliable, honest, and efficient. I can always count on them to provide an honest assessment, without trying to upsell or price gouge. I recommend them to everyone.
Very poor customer service. Denise their representative doesn’t know how to assist customer, very rude! They did not informed us about the time frame of their service.
Worst company ever, should be put out of business. Installed defective NIBCO piping in many DR Horton homes, and now is passing the buck claiming no responsibility. This has caused over a dozen leaks in my home alone, 25k in insurance claims and a new one on the way. Their incompetency and negligence installing this faulty pipe has caused dozens of people in our neighborhood thousands of dollars and so much grief. Company should be held responsible and be held accountable. Instead they pass the buck and don't offer any remedy whatsoever, other than coming out to do repairs and charging full price. They benefit from the faulty pipe installed, so they are laughing all the way to the bank. Don't use them ever, and soon they will get what they deserve.

After working a 12 hour shift and coming home to an air conditioner that wasn't working. I called the emergency number it took them 3 hours to all me back. After speaking with their dispatch. I was told the earliest someone could be to my house was in 4 days. So I had to be without an Air conditioner for roughly 5 days. I told their dispatcher I had medical issues and clearly that doesn't mean anything. She said, the earliest they could get out because that's when someone would be in my area was in 4 to 5 days. The dispatcher did not recommended another business as most others would do. This is texas and not having an AC is NOT negotiable in the heat. Clearly this company doesn't care about their clients or their health as this could hospitalize me.

I called for a diagnosis on my water heater that was not working properly and they came out and spent 5 minutes looking at it and told me the gas pressure was too high. I asked for a bid to fix the problem and did not get a response. This is when I knew something wasn’t quite right. I had the gas company come out to check the pressure on my house as a second opinion and they said the pressure was set correctly. Long story short, it was a grounding wire that wasn’t set right but this company came up with some bogus diagnosis to get my money and leave as quick as possible. I called to talked a manager and left a message to have someone talk to about the situation but did not get a call back.
While their actual service is fair, I suggest you don't use their website to schedule an appointment. I have twice used their site, but either very slow response, or none at all. I placed a service request with them 3 days ago and never heard back. The time they did come out they had to locate my PRV and dig it up. They said they would come back and put a cover over it. They didn't.
I needed to replace a corrugated metal pipe on my water softener for a slow drip. I couldn't find the piece I needed at Lowes or Home Depot as everything is hard to get right now, so I called Christianson plumbing. It took 4 days for them to "fit me in". Then they charged me $245 to replace the tubing that probably cost $15 and were at my house less than 10 minutes. I feel they abused the situation so blatantly and unabashedly. I only called them at the recommendation of a friend. What a mistake! BEWARE AND GET AN ESTIMATE AHEAD OF TIME.
I have to give a shout out to Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing! They replaced our 16yr old AC last August. Guillermo our salesman rocked it in the education department. They weren’t the cheapest but I felt the most comfortable with them, their experience, and knowledge of the systems they were selling. They were the first of 5 estimates I received and I circled back to them when we picked who to go with on our new install. We were finally due for our biannual service check up. They came out yesterday. When leaving, the tech Paul, commented there was resistance in the line when he was blowing it out and asked if I had ever had drainage problems. I hadn’t. I had paid for someone to come out every year previously twice a year to do this same type of maintenance with my old system (for 16years). I trusted they were doing what needed to be done. I mean my system ran pretty flawlessly for 16yrs. Paul said I may see some drainage on my back patio where the secondary line drains if what he suspects was happening (clogged AC drainage). Four hours later, I was calling their office because I had water all over my back patio. I spoke to Gil, one of the service managers, and he said he would send Paul back out in the morning. He was on another service call a few hours away. Keep in mind, I kept saying I don’t understand how I have never had problems in the past 16yrs we have lived here with drainage and I was really struggling with how the tech made this statement and then 4 hrs later I’m calling because he told me if it happens I was going to need to having something else done. Gil was extremely calm, apologetic, and asked me to give them the opportunity to come out and try to figure out what was going on. Paul the service tech just left! He educated me on the flow of our AC drainage system. No one had ever done that before. If you don’t know, you should find out. He helped me figure out the problem which was not his and got us back to no residual water drainage on m
