Climate Magic answered the call after hours and called back to schedule my appointment for the next day. There were prompt for the scheduled time and diligent in their work. David diagnosed our issues fixed what he could and scheduled us for the remainder of the problems. He has been gone a hour and we can tell the difference in our temperature. Thanks for your help.
This is more then just a review, it is a small history to why everyone should use Climate Magic for all their heating and cooling services. We started with Climate Magic in 1999. Their overall commitment to their customers is and always has been a 5 Star quality of service. It starts with their office staff Michelle and other ladies who are always customer friendly and ready to meet your needs. They will work around your schedule to make sure there is a speedy solution to your problem(s). Their AC and Heating team will now take your overall experience to another level of excellence. They will walk you through every step that is needed to solve the problem. That brings us to Pete Ramos who was the last technician to service our yearly maintenance plan. His technician skills and customer service was over the top which is one more example to the high standards that Climate Magic strives for. In the past 21 years we have referred numerous friends and family members to have a better experience staying cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We recommend Climate Magic and their diverse team of specialists to everyone that reads this review. Remember, it is more that just a review, it is about quality and friendly customer service. I have been using Climate Magic for years for annual preventive maintenance checks and for the occasional repair. They have always been honest, professional, and responsive. When the 17-year old AC unit for the second story of my house went out on the Thursday evening right before Memorial Day weekend, I called and arranged for a technician (David) to come early Friday morning to assess the system. I definitely appreciate the quick response. I was offered to have the service call for Thursday night, but I told them that wasn't necessary, and preferred to go with early Friday morning. After the system was analyzed, I was told what the condition of the unit was and what the options were. Given the age of the unit, I had previously prepared myself for when the time would come to replace one or both (first floor & second floor) systems. I decided to go with a new unit. The challenge I posed to Climate Magic was that I was having a large college graduation party at my house on Saturday night, and there would be a bunch of guests staying overnight on Saturday. Therefore, I asked for the system to be replaced by Saturday night. At this point, Martin from Climate Magic jumped into action and arranged for an installation team to show up first thing Saturday morning. He also arranged to get the system components from their distributor to ensure everything was in place and ready to go. To make a long story short, by noon on Saturday, the entire system had been replaced and I had AC for my second story. I am very grateful for Climate Magic's excellent response and professionalism, and I look forward to continuing to use them for all my heating and AC needs.
Climate Magic installed my system and has done the maintenance for several years. They always do exceptional work from installing the system, balancing the air flow and air return in all rooms, and keeping all the equipment in peak condition. The owner, Gary, leads a great team!

I want to thank climate magic for their superior service for the last nine years. I hope many more years to come. They installed a brand trane a/c system and duct work nine years ago. They have been maintaining my system since then. Their personnel are top of the line. They’re professional experts. Courteous, respectful and punctual. That goes from the office personnel to the field techs. I again had my system serviced. Peter the technician did a great job. He tested and cleaned the a/c, air handler and draining system. He presented himself as a very professional and acknowledgeble climate magic tech. I want to thank Michelle and Peter very much from Climate Magic. They are professionals and very customer oriented. Annual AC inspection per service agreement went smooth. Carl was on time and performed the check, and changed the filter as requested. My service technician was courteous and professional.
