This company sent a technician out to my house to diagnose my air conditioner, and I was told late Monday afternoon that the problem would be taken care of Tuesday. I found out today (Wednesday) that the company is not going to take care of it because they don't like where my unit is located. I wish they would have just told me this rather than wasting 2 full days of my time, while I'm in a very hot house. I will never call them again, nor will I refer them.
