We needed to inspect and tune up the HVAC System in our newly purchased home, my wife did the research and identified C&J Air Condioning because of the high ratings on Google. I called left message, Lindsay immediately returned my call, service was scheduled for next day. Adam the technician arrived as scheduled and performed the Precision Tune Up and replaced the necessary parts. Very impressed with the the response time and quality of service. 5 star 🌟 service all around. Didn’t go with them for HVAC replacement. Rep was too brief and vague in their offer. Albeit, they might be a good company, I was not sold on their solicitation. Went with Champion AC. Their rep spent 4+ hours answering all of my questions.
Use them to replace HVAC system. They were upfront about everything. Answered questions honestly. They are a small business with a personal touch.

What an amazing company! In an era lacking in customer service - C&J Company and staff are Rock Stars. After I received their estimate, I was impressed with the level of detail and ease of understanding of what I was getting for my investment in 2 new HVAC systems for my house. While not the least expensive yet very competitive - I went online and read the customer reviews. I was sold! Ryan and his team were amazing, knowledgeable and professional. No question was to small. I was so impressed with the entire process from estimate to install and follow up. Definitely felt like a valued customer. Thank you. I will definitely recommend C&J to others!

C & J Air Conditioning has provided great service & quality installation for us for over 5 years. They're very knowledgeable & trustworthy. They use Carrier equipment & maintain it twice a year.

The service by JR and Ryan (service technicians) has been outstanding and the customer service from Lindsey (front office) has been wonderful! Paul G was professional explained every thing he was checking and found the problem with the outside unit in about 15 minutes and had the right replacement parts with him in his truck 👍

Paul G. worked on my 'dead' A/C system and got me up and running in no time. He checked out my system and serviced it entirely and took the time to even cleaned out my outside unit of all the dirt and grime with a garden hose. During every step he took, he kept me informed of why and what he was doing to my system, which really helped me to understand my home system and it's quirks. If you're looking for quality work, then look no farther than C&J's technician "Paul G."!

Great friendly service from everyone in this company and they do an excellent job. I've had them do maintenance contracts and new A/C system installations and have been extremely pleased every time.
11 years ago, C&J installed an entire HVAC system for a house we were completely rehabbing, which was built in 1948 and had to be retrofitted with both AC and heating. We have continued to use them since for system maintenance, and for repair of the very few, minor issues over the last decade-plus. They are always extremely responsive, 100% reliable, communicative, always on time, and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend them with the highest praise and confidence.
