Bravo satisfactorily serviced my old heating and air conditioning system for many years. I would not have trusted anyone else to install a new system for me when needed. It was installed in one day, including fine tuning, disposal of the old equipment and the owner's inspection and approval. I say bravo for Bravo.
The BRAVO Team of HVAC Professionals helped me extend the life of my previous HVAC system, until a motherboard needed to be replaced but the parts were no longer in production. Jorge and Frank tested the air flow and duct system before recommending a new HVAC unit to service our home. The Armstrong Air unit uses variable speed and a smart thermostat to conserve energy and lower our electric bills. The unit also has the capability to change settings to deliver 4 or 5 tonnage cooling capacity. After the first few weeks, Jorge will return to monitor the air flow and possibly make setting adjustments if needed to increase cooling. Thank you for your all of your help! Bravo installed the new unit a few years or more ago. The technician said my unit in the attic has a leak in the coils and I would need a new part and freon, but the part is under warranty. Total cost over $1,000. I went a with a different company and it was a defective crossover switch. They replaced the part. They said the system does not need any freon, it's full. System been running (cold and hot air when needed) with no issue.
Bravo did an amazing job. They were responsive and helped fix our issue right away. Great work by outstanding people!
