Would not recommend them at all they installed my a/c and I've been having nightmares ever since has cast me $$$$ hundreds had to hire another company
I don’t know where to start about Blackbelt AC and Electrical! They provided exceptional service, and they deserve a 5 star rating. At the onset of our AC going out, June 2023, the owner, Gabriel, immediately replied and he responded the service in a very timely manner. He exhausted every effort to help us restore our AC before recommending a new unit! I applaud him for that. The owner and all employees respected our residence. They were very careful not to soil and or disturb anything in our residence. Blackbelt was very thorough and relentless installing the new unit. They did their due diligence in installing and ensuring our new unit was fully operable this last week in 115 degree heat index! We are forever thankful and grateful we hired Blackbelt AC. They are very professional and trustworthy. Thank you Gabriel, Mark, Eric, and Chris! Great job gentlemen! 🙌🏼👏🏼 We are satisfied customers, and we will certainly recommend you to others. I am incredibly grateful to Blackbelt AC and Electrical! My AC unit unexpectedly went out, and Blackbelt AC and Electrical was there to save the day! I was impressed with Gabriel's response time, honesty, and professionalism. He was at my home within two hours of calling the company. I was surprised at how the company owner took a personal interest in my problem. Gabriel took the time to explain the issues with my system and gave step-by-step instructions on performing preventive maintenance. I called another company before Blackbelt AC, and they tried to convince me I needed a new system. Gabriel inspected my unit, and as I suspected, he concluded the system was fine. It's not an exaggeration to say Blackbelt saved me thousands of dollars.
We are very pleased and regret not contacting this company sooner. The Black Belt AC Co techs were the utmost professional. They did not pressure us or try to sell us anything. They actually discovered the root of the problem and took care it. We saw how both technicians worked well as a team, very impressive. We’ll never contact another AC company!

Gabriel was awesome in the repair and knowledge of HVAC system. Gave me peace of mind and even went above to teach me about HVAC systems of how it works when set to heat mode. I highly recommend for any and all HVAC and electrical repairs.

Honest and Ethical. We didn't utilize his services because the project required a significant upgrade in power service, which caused us to cancel the project, as the power upgrades caused the project to be over budget. Let me day it again: Honest and Ethical.
I called Gabriel because I noticed his business was local and close by. I was having an issue with a new water heater that I had installed. I wanted a professional to make sure everything was done correctly since it wasn’t heating up. He came over, told me everything looked in order and said to run the water a bit longer than what I had. He also gave me some advice on other things he noticed in the house. He didn’t want a service fee because he hadn’t performed any work. Gabriel is a stand up guy and if I or anyone I know needs electrical and HVAC needs, I will be calling. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks again Gabriel.
What an amazing company. I called them to get a second opinion on a huge job and Gabriel steered me the right way saving me a ton of money. There is a definite lack of quality, honest trades in todays world but this is a stellar example of how business should be run. Military and SAPD can’t go wrong, you’ve earned a customer for life.
Great company! I had some very serious electrical problem at my house. I had Gabriel and his team to check it out and fix my problem. Very detail orientated and very knowledgeable group of guys! Looking forward to using this company again!

We found Black Belt a/c and elec. Googling for a/c repair saw some good reviews and Gabriel's name came up alot. I called and made an appointment. Gabriel showed up on time when he said he would be there. He has some good communication with his customers and is very knowledgeable. Give black belt a call you wont be disappointed. They are very affordable and very knowledgeable. my ac went out today i called and gabriel sent mark out. mark got my ac up and running in no time. Definitely using their services again. It’s hard finding a company that actually cares about their customers problems, and isn’t just always looking for overcharging customers. The owner and his workers are practical and knowledgeable. Save yourself a headache and go with this business.

This company was referred to me through my insurance company. They came out did their assessment and stated they could fix my A/C problem. After being given the estimate my insurance company agreed. Blackbelt started its repairs then a few days later stated it would be 20,000 and stated I needed a whole new ac unit. Why was this not realized when doing the assessment and writing up the estimate? Why even start work on an AC unit that they claimed could not hold enough power. My insurance company and I did not agree and another company came out all that was needed was a new refrigerant line and more Freon. They also stole my thermostat that was worth over 100 dollars and replaced it with a very cheap model. I asked it be returned and Gabriel stated it would but never was. Mr.Gabriel I have all the documentation to back up my review. I am not a spammer nor competitor.
I called and was able to be seen within hours! Gabriel and his apprentice were kind and considerate and were able to diagnose my ceiling fan issue. I appreciate his professionalism as well as the thoughtful attitude in helping me with the actual issue and not just doing unnecessary work. Thank you so much, you were a blessing to me!
My Experience with Blackbelt AC & Electrical, was outstanding. The entire process from start to finish was very friendly, professional and no non-sense! They were super responsive with our initial request for service. The Company communicated very well providing estimated time of arrival of our technician. Our technician was on site and had our system back up and running within less than 4 hours of our initial emergency contact! Upon arrival Gabriel inspected the system, pin-pointed the problem and explained the repair. Gabriel followed through on every expectation that he set, and provided updates during the entire process. Defiantly recommend this company to any and everyone!!
