Mr. Hector Salinas from Beluga Air Conditioning company came out and gave my HVAC a thorough service. I am sure that the unit now has the best chance of operating correctly for the summer and if not; that Beluga Air will respond to any problems I have rapidly. Beluga air technician Hector Salinas did an amazing job giving me confidence that everything was good, she remove the cover of my compressor because it was making nice and to clean the inside of the unit. I truly have not seen such detailed service done to my unit. I also learned a lot about the components and function of the inside and outside units. His visit was a great educational experience. I highly recommend Beluga Air.
Purchased the system new from this company and this is like the 4th pm, first time work had to be done. Was ahead of the scheduled time per my request. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend.

The scheduler gave me several choices for service times. The technician, Oscar, arrived on time, identified the part needed, and quickly fetched it. Installation went fairly smooth and the AC was back in operation.
Customer service is amazing! Received text with photo of technician who would come and perform the service. My technician today was Brandon. He is a very knowledgeable, young gentleman with excellent listening skills. He caught on to my concerns in no time. Service was performed in a timely and clean fashion.

Hector Salinas visited our house and he was outstanding, took the time to explain everything before he did any work to make sure we understood what he was doing, very very thorough, provided options and did not pressure us to buy anything unnecessary, very knowledgeable and professional.

I can say that Beluga has very professional workers they explain detail of their work. They accomplished their work with excellent service. Their work done was extremely excellent. Workers were very polite. I love their service. And as for the owner he is awesome, job well done with PRIDE.
Beluga Air came to our residence to fix an AC problem we had. John Ramos and his partner came out and did a great job. These gentlemen were punctual, courteous and very hard working. They took their time and got it all cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Beluga Air.

I love this company. Our AC went out unexpectedly as they tend to do on a hot summer day. I gave Beluga Air a call and at first they told me someone would be out in two days, which is understandable given the summer heat. Well, an hour later they call back and say they have an opening and send Brandon out immediately. This was a life saver because it was already 90 degrees in our house with pets and it was looking like we would have to find a hotel for the few days. Brandon came out, was super professional and identified the problem quickly. Our AC was fixed in less than an hour of him being here and that included a compressor replacement and an additional add on that was necessary to prevent further damages. Thank you!
Beluga communicated clearly and often prior to arrival for diagnosis of why no AC. Mike Rodriguez was really professional! He diagnosed the problem with the AC and explained our repair/replacement options. Rigo and Roger arrived on time for removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Courteous, professional, highly competent. They explained what they would be doing, did it, cleaned up after. Really good guys ... highly recommend Beluga!!
Raul was very knowledgeable and quick to jump on the job and find our issue. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!
