We called Atlas AC Repair for an assessment of an HVAC problem we were experiencing (no cooling and no refrigerant due to catastrophic leak) with the expectation that we might need to replace our entire system. Others AC services had come out and were not very diligent in trying to assess what was wrong and were quick to pursue the replace option. When Jim came out, he listened to me describe the problem history and went straight to work to identify the refrigerant leak point. Within 15 minutes of arriving , the problem was identified, Jim just went the extra mile. Repairs will be scheduled soon as we are waiting on a new part for the one that failed . I expect it to be a simple fix rather than an expensive replacement. I’m a Happy new customer.
Would 100% use them again. They fit us in when we had an emergency. They were extremely responsive. We also got a great deal including them walking us through the rebates and credits we’re eligible for.
I have worked with atlas on three separate occasions and each time their repair technicians have been extremely professional and helpful they have never made any promise they haven't been able to keep and have done the work with exceptional results
Jim was very professional and fixed my leak in great time. He was able to answer all my questions and gave advice on how to prevent further problems.
David and his team mate knew exactly what was wrong after showing the leaky drainage pipe. Quick and proficient. Once they left there was a noticeable change in the dripping.
Been having issues with my AC the last few years and it finally died during one of the hottest days of the year recently. After bad experience with some ac guy I decided to call Atlas and I'm so glad I did. They did everything they said and more. Installed system despite the extreme heat, kudos to those techs. System works great, got a great price, they even registered system and applied rebate on my behalf. They got permits and had city come and check their work. Great experience, highly recommended.

Had a mixed experience with the dispatch not updating me as they said they would. However, the tech (David) that showed up was phenomenal and very professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue and had the A/C working within 30 minutes. I'd give him 5 stars personally for his attitude, knowledge, and work ethic. Recommend this company for your A/C needs.

We had a guy come out I found on craigslist. He replaced a part for $400, and it went out after 2 months. Had another guy come out and he told me a valve needed replacing but it would be better to replace the whole compressor unit at a cost of $2500. Atlas came out replaced the contractor for $315, and said the system is in great shape. Atlas explained why it kept going out where as the other guy did not. Bottom line is the thermostat just needs reseting after power outages, and we should have no further issues. We will always use Atlas moving forward.
We had three other companies come out before talking with Atlas. HUGE difference going with a company that doesn’t work on commission! The price was much better, and everyone we dealt with was very professional. The company even brought out some portable units while we waited for the unit to be ordered and replaced. We have found our new A/C company!

Taylor was my tech. He was not only on time, but he was actually early and got right to work when he arrived. He explained the issue clearly. I feel he did the best job possible considering he's dealing with an 18 year old AC system. He clearly knows whet he's doing, Hopefully the property management listens to his recommendations.
We had 4 quotes from different companies before finding HVAC vendor heaven with Atlas AC Repair. I’m so thankful to have spoken first with Pete who walked me through the entire process, gave me general ballpark pricing OVER THE PHONE (which shockingly ended up being spot on to our final quote!), got us through payment, scheduling, and kept us apprised of every step of the way too. Stellar project manager and customer service advocate! The GM Timothy came to do our initial assessment and site visit, my husband and I were so impressed with his time spent in educating us on our needs. He leveled with us about three very expensive add ons we felt like we HAD to do based on the other companies strongly recommended advice who came out to us, saving us at least $5k+. Turns out those things weren’t necessary for our house and with our new system cooling us down in record heat with ease, it’s abundantly clear he was right! Israel + his crew performed the installation with the upmost professionalism. Our house is 30 years old with a lot of unique challenges they navigated in partnership with us and ease. We had some annoying requests they were so willing and sweet to accommodate. Atlas operates so differently than pretty much any other vendor we’ve partnered with. We’re thankful to have been treated fairly and respectfully, to have gotten such noticeable care, being spot on in communicating. This is supposed to be stressful but Atlas really made it smooth and easy. Thank you hardly cuts it!!
Two Gentlemen arrived at my home to do an AC maintenance. David and his assistant (sorry I forget his name) started off great by introducing themselves to me and starting asking questions about my AC unit. They checked everything inside and out and found that a transistor had gone bad. They had the part on their van and had it replaced in a few minutes. These two guys were FANTASTIC! I think they need a raise in my opinion.
Juan Carlos and John were excellent!!! Juan is professional, courteous and assiduous. When faced with problems he didn't cut corners. My AC was sitting on rotten 1/2" plywood so he painstakingly took it out and replaced it with 3/4" plywood. I know the work was done right and the AC will function right for years to come.
Jim was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained the issues with my air conditioning well. I am fully satisfied with Atlas service!
