2023 Review: Today JR, a comfort advisor, came out to take a look at the project I have that needs cooling and heating. I am a morning person so it was great to have an appointment set before the day got hot. I felt JR informed me and gave me all that I need to be able to make the right choice for my needs. At the end of the appointment with JR, I felt just the way I did three years ago. Comfortable and confident about choosing ASC for my heating/cooling needs. 2020 Review: I have been a customer for ASC for a few years and I highly recommend them. They help maintain my unit, explain to me what needs to be done, and why. Extremely knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and worth every $ spent.
JR Perez arrived at our home shortly after we requested a quote. The job was done within 24 hours. JR lent us two window units to use while we waited for the work to be done. The technicians who worked on our home were very polite and knowledgeable.

I wanted a second opinion after I felt I was being nickel and dimed from a different company. I let ASC knowmy HVAC unit was not working and needed it repaired like yesterday and they called within 10 mins and setup a same day appointment. It was a free estimate, while the first company I normally use charged me $59. ASC Heating and Air estimated $800 cheaper and were patient to answer any question I had. They came out the next day on time and got all the repairs done and explained that somethings I have were not needed and were upsales from the prior company, while the previous company also missed things that should have been caught on services I previously had. It paid off to make the change to ASC. They are honest, hard working, fair price and really care about their clients. My home is cooler than it has been in a long time. If you think your being taken advantage of, call ASC, its a free estimate you got nothing to lose and so much to gain.
JR and Gehrig Grosso were so wonderful. Gehrig came out and looked at my ac as a second opinion. He went out of his way to make sure that nothing else could be done, when the first person just looked at it for a few minutes. JR came out to show us opinions for replacement. He was straight forward about the types for units for our house and answered all the questions we had. He never seemed upset that we were taking our time and asking a lot of questions. Thank you.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and personable. They were able to get someone out to me within 2 hours of me calling. Zachery was very professional, walked me through everything, got my AC fixed quickly and answered all of my questions. Thank you all so much!

I have used this company for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently, JR worked with me on a much needed repair to get the cost down to something I could afford. He made all kinds of calls and put together a few different options for me to choose from. I don't know any business these days who truly go above and beyond for their customers, but ASC does. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest, trustworthy and dedicated team to help them with any issue, big or small.

Walked into my home at 8:30pm A/C not working. Called ASC. They sent Roane out and my A/C was working by 10pm. Reasonable cost. Professional and quick response. Didn't even have time to go buy fans.

JR PEREZ came out today and walked through the issues with the problem with my Central Heat And Air Unit. He is so professional and honest you can't find to many people like this in these now and days. He explained to me step by step everything that was wrong and gave me a free estimate to fix it.
