I would like to say that Ruben did a great job. He knew what he was doing. He did it professional cleaned up after himself went far beyond what he had to do. If all your technicians, are like this then you have a good company. Once again he did an awesome job. I will request him every time.
Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. Other plumbers didn't know where the leak was and wanted to start cutting into my ceiling to locate the leak but Carlos knew exactly where the leak was and did only what was needed . I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion from Carlos in this scary situation.I'd recommend Aramendia to anyone.
Anthony helped us from start to finish! E ceptional service! We were without ac on Su day hardly cool air within 24 hours repair quote, then we took advantage plan then repaired. 72hr window! Exceptional! The Rodriguez Fam
They completed the work which I am grateful for & why I’m giving them a 4 star. A couple issues that came up The work kept getting pushed back. I called them Saturday with an emergency situation, they told me they would be able to fix it Monday. Monday came, turned into a Tuesday. Tuesday came and they finally were able to schedule me for Wednesday. Can you say price gouging….. they charged over $850 for a part that was $100. I understand labor but that’s 8x the amount for the part. Since they charge so much I was only able to get a very small portion of the cost back from my warranty dept. I will give them credit where it’s due. They were professional and handled it in a way that was polite and professional. But I would never go through them again, just because I feel the issues that came up were big.
Eric was so professional, competent and fixed the issue right away! He was also great about explaining everything to me, and making sure to let me know his manager would be following up with me! Always great service with Aramendia!
Very professional, from troubleshooting my AC system to providing me with all available options. Ryan and Anthony provided wonderful customer service. I will certainly recommend their service to friends and family.
Our AC went out with the heatwave the day before we have family visiting. Called 10 companies and Aramendia was the only one able to squeeze us in today. Can’t thank Josh and Ruben enough for saving us today! Both were very professional and resolved the issue quickly.

Mr. Eric Willett was very professional and knowledgeable about our air conditioner. He did a great job on servicing our unit yesterday.
Eric came out the same day and corrected our A/C issue. He answered all of my questions. We saw a change in the outside unit right away. I was grateful that we were able to be seen so quickly.
110% happy with the service and plumbers sent to our home. Purchased the annual maintenance contract, which includes draining/flushing the water heater and testing the plumbing throughout the house. Ended up needing a minor repair for which a discount was given due to the annual contract. Asked a question about my french drain; and they were able to take care of that too! David Sanchez and his assistant were professional and friendly. Will gladly have them back for any service in the future!
Tony, who did the services overall was fantastic. Kind, professional on his job area. I will like to have him again for future repair of person. Also I recommend the senior and or higher for a rate on Tony. Mr Castro

Eric and Jeff were so awesome and SUCH a huge help during this Texas heat wave! Our AC unexpectedly started giving us issues and within hours they were to my house and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes. My family and I are super thankful for them and their timeliness taking care of our problems! Will not be going anywhere else for AC and plumbing issues.
Eric was phenomenal. The capacitor on our unit went bad. I’m sure it was a busy day and they were delayed getting out, but Eric showed up even at 7pm and had the problem quickly and professionally diagnosed. He didn’t upsell us on items we didn’t need, but gave honest advice that will help keep us comfortable in our home.
My Mom's house had a water leak coming from under her house and my sister recommended we call Aramendia because of the great experience she had with this company. I am very pleased with the service we received from Andrew & Daniel, who were the original employees who responded to the call and also have praise for Chris E and Mike who came the second day to help with the job. Andrew & Daniel were very professional and explained everything they were doing and gave us updates on their progress as they were investigating the cause of the leak. When they were done with the job they cleaned up the area thoroughly and asked if we had any final questions. Aramendia is fortunate to have such caring and professional employees like Andrew, Daniel, Chris E and Mike. I highly recommend.
After a lighting strike on 7 June, 2023, Wade & Steve fixed two water line breaks. They returned 12 June 2023 to reroute the hot water line to our kitchen. Wade and Steve were absolutely fantastic. They were so courteous and polite. They put our minds at ease as to the extent of the project and their ability to make it right. Wade definitely has construction experience which was in our favor considering the very complicated layout of our home and the possible scenarios to repair the issues. His wisdom paid off. His assessment and plan of action was detailed, concise, and accurate. Their attention to detail resulted in a finished project that in my mind was absolutely beautiful, if such an adjective can be applied to this type of work. This was a horrifying event that could have been a catastrophic and life changing event. We are so thankful that we are alive; grateful for the experience that this team has which reflects the tremendous outcome in our behalf. Should we have need of your services in the future; we are expecting Wade and Steve; as they are welcome in our home. Aramendia has our confidence for quality work and our heart felt recommendation. We had our air conditioner serviced this afternoon by Aramandia Air and Heating. Derek was the serviceman who responded and he took care of the issues we were having with our air conditioning unit. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Any future services with our heating or air conditioner we will call Armandia and request Derek.
