We had another company (Service First) come out to inspect our AC and the technician, although nice, was late and then told me that we had a non-repairable leak and our capacitor was out. He wanted to sell us a new AC unit instead but since it was very expensive I told him I wanted to wait for my husband to discuss our options. The technician stated he would leave the new capacitor in and could come back later but couldn't turn it on without charging us. I think this was a tactic to make us sweat and choose to replace the unit. In the meantime I called Martin at Alpha &I Omega AC Repair to get an estimate on what a new unit would cost and he was more than helpful and quoted it over the phone at half the price of the other company. I also asked if he could come out and look at it to get a second opinion. He was more than willing to come to our home after 5pm during rush hour to help us. He is an honest man and very friendly! When he inspected our AC he did a much more thorough job than the previous technician. Turns out, the first technician did not actually leave the new capacitor as he stated and actually took our old one. We didn't even have a leak! Martin was able to fix our AC at a fraction of the price and we didn't need to replace it after all. This family truly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He is very reasonably priced and we will be contacting him for all of our future AC needs!
My AC went out on Saturday (7/15/17), Martin called me back within a few minutes, gave me an estimate and we scheduled a repair. Martin showed up, was very thorough, did a replacement of my unit. He left late (10:30pm,but job was done right!! I would definitely recommend him, as he is very honest up front. And will do the job right, That's great customer service. Alpha Omega will be my go-to for any AC needs.
Martin the owner of this Company is a Top Notch Technician and a Very Cool Dude !! He was at my Doorstep within the Hour after my call and had my unit fixed quickly and efficiently !! I trust no one else to work on my A/C Unit but his Company / Thank You and God Bless!
Our A/C froze up at 6pm on a weekday night and Alpha/Omega was the first company we could find that would guarantee us an appointment that night. Within a few hours we were taken care of. We were without A/C for only about 3 hours. Couldn't ask for much more.

I was recently put in touch with Martin through a mutual friend because I needed help with my A/C drain line. Not only did Martin show up on the same day and on time, he fixed the problem quickly and charged an extremely reasonable price. He is friendly, modest with his prices and offers helpful advice in addition to fixing the problem. I'm really glad I called Martin and I'll make sure to do it again if my A/C malfunctions. Highly recommended!
Martin was very competitively priced and did a great job on my unit. Call him to ask for service and he came out same day within an hour. Great service highly recommend.
Martin installed a new HVAC system and ducts into our room addition. He stayed late working hard to ensure the job was done right and we were satisfied. He is one of the most honest and friendly HVAC people I have met. He will explain every detail to you if you want to know. I'm not sure what happened to the people that gave negative reviews, but Martin is a sole proprietor and one man crew. He completed our job while taking care of his sick wife and kid. I would recommend him.
I definitely had a great experience with this company. Satisfaction is what they delivered. Martin the technician was really knowledgeable and telling me why the unit was not working. Martin also found a leak that was not part of the original problem. He repaired that as well. I am so thankful that he found this because I would of have additional problems in the near future. Martin also went above and beyond to get the job done even though it was late in the day.
Martin was an awesome AC Tech. I spoke with him Monday 5/20 and he moved stuff around just to be able to help me on 5/21 with an AC coil clean/inspect, and Outside coil clean. I am in the process of selling my home and would highly recommend his services. I am even going to make sure to call Martin for my spring and fall services going forward. His prices beat the other 12 AC companies I called, he was professional, on time, and even had me review all his work to ensure I was satisfied. Home Owner - 78245
I would give them 0 stars if possible. This guy let us go a week in Texas summer without air conditioning without reason. Lied to us 4 different days saying he was coming, never did, was 2, 3 and 5 hours late for each appointment, and didn't follow any safety procedure you could think of. Awful. He wouldn't answer his phone, voicemail full and non responsive. If I could have had a different contractor, I would have, I was given no choice by the home warranty company.
I can't even rate them 1 Star!! but sadly I have to rate at least 1 star to post this They were contacted the day my compressor went out... 11 days AGO!!!! 2 days later they finally call and make an appointment for a week later, a Thursday between 1-3. which by now is the 9th day with no air.. We all know Texas is hot. We waited , excited that finally our home would be cool again... The clock ticks on, 4:30 a NO SHOW and a NO CALL... So we pick up the phone and call them,, Answering machine, We left a message... NO RETURN CALL BACK. It is now Saturday, 2 days after the appointment .. 11 days after our central air went out....crazy right?? Who runs a business this way and keeps clients?? We will never call them again. Why would we??
AC shut off at 1030pm called at least 20 companies before Alpha/Omega A/C. if they piked up it was an answering service making appointments for the morning or they where booked thou the afternoon. Alpha/Omega A/C piked up after 2 rings and head a technician at my door in 30 minutes. the technician was professional clean and nice, head my A/C up in less than 20 minutes after arriving. turned out to be a blown fuse... they charged me only the tip fee $100 no extra labor or parts AT 1am in the morning. Alpha/Omega A/C is now my go to A/C company. 24/7 service AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++
