Incredible experience!! Since the beginning when I contacted Joe he was always very friendly, attentive and responsible. I contacted other company that wanted to over-charge me, so I contacted Joe instead and the only thing I regret is not calling him any time sooner. He’s the combination of experience and knowledge, excellent customer service, commitment and affordable prices. I will recommend Joe to everyone, his service really stands out from the others.
AMAZING business to work with! Joe was so helpful and stopped by my home in 10 minutes from calling him to provide me with a second opinion rate for installing a new AC unit. Joe did an excellent job with our regular AC maintenance, explaining exactly what he checked and did and offering advice for keeping our AC system free of debris. I appreciate that he worked us into his schedule so quickly after we called him. We will definitely be calling him next time we need HVAC service!

Joe was sent to us by God. We woke up to white smoke coming through our vents. This was so scary! He came as soon as I called, he was able to give us the right information and guide us to the best thing to do for our Heater. And best yet he is fluent in spanish-that was a big A+. So glad we called Joe with Allstate Air and Heat! We needed our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner replaced. We initially got a quote from a different company with a ridiculously high price to do the work. We called Joe for a second opinion and he came out the next day. Gave us a fair quote for replacing both the furnace and AC. Did the work within the week and we could not be more pleased. Joe is fair and honest and his team is professional and were always on time. I would highly recommend reaching out to Joe and his team!
Came out on the weekend and did what he could to get us going during our 100 degree weather, came back Monday with part and had us going in no time. I would recommend for any ac issues anytime

Joe was absolutely a godsend. Our air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year. He came as soon as I called after his last call of the evening! The install was done promptly and he made sure everything was alright afterwards. I highly recommend Allstate Air. I’m so grateful that I now have someone I can trust. He was fair with pricing and was very helpful.

Let me start out by saying Joe is absolutely the best and knows exactly what he’s doing! My coworker Yolanda and her husband referred me to Joe and I couldn’t be more grateful. I had two other AC companies come out before he did and right away they wanted me to get a whole new system installed. I called Joe and right away he said I can be there today I’ll let you know what time I’m on my way. He came while I was at work and called and advised on his findings and said he could fix it he then just gave me the price and got it done the same day. He’s definitely a blessing to me coming from a small town where you have the people who dont own huge companies and fixes everyone’s AC’s in town for a small price to a big city where you have people that have commercials on tv or radio is tough! Believe me don’t hesitate to call Joe he’s definitely your guy to get the job done and he’s so nice too!

Experience matters! I had called an AC company the day before to help fix my unit. The tech came out told me my pressure was 538 and began checking for a pinched line. The tech spent an hr troubleshooting and finally pulled my breaker and told me not to use my AC @ (105 degrees). He charged me a service fee and left. I called Allstate Air&Heat and within 10 mins he had diagnosed my issue and preceded to fix my unit. The price was affordable and I will most definitely use them again.
Allstate is a lifesaver! After my A/C unit went out during the brutal San Antonio summer and I was unable to fix the issue, I called around to several HVAC repair companies and the earliest I could get a tech out was in 3 days. But I called Allstate and Mr. Joe was able to come out the same day and had the problem solved in less than an hour after arriving! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed me everything he was doing so I know I wasn’t getting ripped off. Top-class service. I’ll definitely be calling Mr. Joe if I have any issues in the future.
Joe and his team did a great job installing a new RUDD AC and furnace. He kept my old system going for 20 years. Good communicator and always on time.
