It’s hard to find a company that does great work at a fair price. I called Airco to help me with a small electrical problem. They were quick and very knowledgeable.
They did a great job got us up and running . We have a woman shelter and family shelter . Our chiller went down they got it fix same day.
Showed up much earlier than expected diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my issue the same day! Highly recommend!!!
The service was A+, 10/10, but my concern was with them trying to access my PayPal to make the payment. I’ve been sitting with this question for a few days now and I’m still confused as to why they thought this was ok. Why don’t you all have a reputable payment system? The audacity to ask for the code for my PayPal has me flabbergasted and concerned. Although the service was by far the best service I’ve received in a while, extremely reliable and informative, this payment situation leaves me hesitant to reach out again.
Josh was amazing! He was on time, very friendly and polite. He was able to troubleshoot my A/C issues right away and get it fixed. He took the time to explain everything and also gave me tips to prolong the life of my current system. The prices were good and the work done was top notch and professional! I am very happy with the service I got and will definitely be using their service contract; much better option than a home warranty. I highly recommend their services!

I’ve been in the construction trades virtually all my life and Josh Guajardo is one of the best technicians, troubleshooters I’ve come across. He was very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, very conscious of our needs and schedules, respects our home, very clean, and gave us a great insight of things that we might need to have in our system going forward. He was what I call amazing and a breath of fresh air

The entire staff has been amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Great customer service and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this service!
Josh has been great to work with. He has followed up after his service and wanted to check in on performance. You don’t get this level of service very often. Moreover, as soon as we needed something, he was there willing to help in a matter of minutes. We are very appreciative!
Josh G came out to service our HVAC system. He provided Good service, was very professional and very polite. He arrived on time, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We had an electrical short and he fixed it just in time when the weather was cold.. Definitely would recommend him.
When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others. Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. The two Technicians were very efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up well after. We were happy with the work and like the new system so far
