I’ve been a customer of Air Systems for more than 5 years. Very reliable, trustworthy, great value, and professionals in AC & heating. David is our pro maintenance man twice a year. He’s great, very nice, and always does excellent work for our family. I highly recommend Air Systems.
Our AC was not working when we arrived home after being away for over a week. We called Air Systems first thing this morning and received a response quickly. We were placed on the schedule for today and one of the Air Systems technicians, Mark, called and asked to arrive earlier than originally planned. Mark was thorough and personable. He quickly ascertained the issue, had the necessary part and completed within 30 minutes. We have been using Air Systems for decades and have always received excellent service, prompt response, and quality work with a friendly demeanor.

Mark came out in over 100 degree heat and humidity, was very professional fixed the problem right away and it was way less than I thought it would be. Jon Wayne said they could come out July 7th! It's June 21st as I'm leaving this. Could not be happier and I highly recommend.
Called today for service. They literally called me back within minutes and 30 minutes later had a tech in my house working in my AC unit. Mark was kind and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. I appreciated his ability to explain his work and his tips for improvement. Service fee to come out is about $100. Any work that is needed is additional cost.
Tried installing a new thermostat, no power coming into the new one. Got an appointment same day, the technicians figured out quickly I blew a fuse and replaced it, and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips.
This is my second time using Air Systems. I replaced another unit with them this time and it went very smooth. There was no pressure to upgrade to a higher end system. The quote of the price was good and the team was very professional. I had minor questions/adjustments after the day of install and the crew came out immediately to remediate. This is my go-to team for any future services and installations!
I had my A/C completely replaced. Air Systems engineered a fantastic system that met my needs. They came on time early in the morning and completed the removal of the old system and installation of the new system. by mid afternoon so the interruption to my daily routine was minimal. There were a few installation anomalies which revealed themselves in the following weeks but they quickly came out to correct them. This company also scheduled the city inspectors to come out and ensure the system meets local regulations.

Had Air Systems out for my annual spring a/c tuneup. They were very respectful concerning the current Covid19 pandemic. Took all precautions ie; masks, gloves etc, as well as little close contact as possible. Also found a bad part with my unit, and after finding out is was under warranty, they swapped it right then. Air systems installed my unit in 2014, and they’ve been there for me ever since. Trane A/C units are the best and Air Systems is the best. Excellent every time. Highly recommend this company . Very professional employees very professional company. A+++.

Update, 6 weeks later, two days before temps were forecast to drop into the mid-teens: Already cold enough for the heater to kick on, it would kick off in an hour or two. A tech was at my house within an hour of calling. After leaving, the system kicked off again. The tech returned, again almost within an hour, and this time found the problem: a bad circuit breaker that would overheat and trip. (Intermittent problems like that are the hardest to find.) The heater ran for hours the next day without fail. Original review: Price was high but installation, it's said, is more important than the brand. This installation was excellent. Drop cloths were laid down on floor. All old equipment, inside and outside house, was removed. Crew worked without taking a break, and boss checked the system before they left. Professional all the way.
We hired Air Systems to do regular maintenance on our home HVAC. When it was determined that our 22y/o system was beyond further repair they helped us select the best new system for our house. Supply issues aside, they were responsive to all our questions. When the new system arrived, Air Systems crew arrived on schedule and had the new units installed in just a few hours! They worked cleanly and professionally and they carted off every bit of the old system! I highly recommend this company!
The service provided was first class. The installation of the unit was seemless. They arrived on time, were considerate to the property, and thorough from start to finish. Both gentleman were friendly, intelligent, organized, responsible, helpful, understanding and patient. When coming in and out of the home, they were respectful and took precautions to ensure they did not leave footprints or dirt in the home. What was most impressive was the owner of the business come to the house to ensure everything was going smoothly and asked if I had had questions or concerns. Approximately a week later I received a courtesy follow-up call, which I appreciated. I was, and am still, amazed that they processed all of the paperwork for me to get the CPS rebate. I didn't have to do a thing but sign my name. Don't fall for companies that have silly commercials or make unrealistic claims. Go with a local, family owned company that has a long standing presence in our community. Support this company with your business, you won't be disappointed.

They offered me piece-of-mind in knowing I was receiving the best possible service from an incredible team of professionals. When you call a business and ask for a proposal, it's not very often that you get the company's Vice President to visit your home the same day and offer you the best-detailed recommendation with many options to consider. I called other reputable companies for bids, and Air Systems made me feel like I mattered to them; they wanted to ensure I was happy with their services. There aren’t many companies that will do this, and I highly recommend using Air Systems if you ever need their services. Key points I liked about Air Systems were: Very responsive, On time, Attention to detail, and Integrity.

Air Systems has been great to work with. They installed my air conditioning unit and have been back to correct items as requested. They have also done a great job coming back for the annual maintenance.
