We were told by a competitor hvac company that we had to replace entire ac unit for $7500 Mark came out the same day I called and evaluated the unit and replaced only the condenser for a third of that price. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I had a complete new AC system installed this week. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Mark was great to deal with. Highly recommend. Great customer service, very professional & punctual.
I just have to give the AirPlus Team the biggest shout out for being the most friendliest, caring and professional Team. During the hot September month, our AC stopped working. They came out immediately and assessed our unit, and brought us a portable AC window unit to keep us cool while they worked on our estimate. They let us borrow their portable unit as long as we needed to make our decision on their and other estimates that we received. Although we did go with another company that was priced within our budget, I highly recommend the AirPlus Team and am thankful for their professionalism and caring service.
I honestly thought I’d suffer from ED forever, the experts even told me it was unfixable. Thanks to Mark and the team at air plus I know longer suffer from ED they came in and in a couple hours one afternoon swapped out everything even the ducts and completely fixed my ED. Since getting over ED my life has changed dramatically. I no longer have the night sweats or the morning sweats, and my wife is VERY happy. Thanks again mark for fixing my environmental deficiency by fixing my air conditioner.
I am extremely grateful for calling Air Plus. My AC began having issues in this 100’ south Texas heat. Mark came out and is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. As a woman I always felt I was getting conned with other companies. Not Mark. Not Air Plus. Always honest And there is no pressure and they will not sell you on parts or equipment that you don’t need. Carlos is one of the most skilled and knowledgeable HVAC technicians we have ever encountered. He has done a new mini-split install for our home as well as been maintaining our other main HVAC units for years. He has been our go-to HVAC resource for many years, because he is super efficient, trustworthy and always locates the issues and find the most effective and efficient solution. Excellent value and extremely responsive.
The gentleman was on time, very informative and not a pushy sales person. Told us what the problem was in 2 minutes and did not pressure us to use his service. Very informative walked us thru the problem and showed us how to determine what the problem was. Thank u for excellent service.
With summers getting hotter it’s good to know you have a company you can count on that’s not just looking for service fees. Our fan in the ac unit went out. Thankfully our service guy Mark had the right part to replace to get us cooling again. There was no way we could last another day with out ac. Thank you for being fast, experienced and so helpful with all our questions.

Our AC system of 30 plus years finally went out. After speaking to many companies, my husband and I decided to go with Air Plus. Mark was very response and knowledgeable. His expertise was evident in every question we asked. Overall their company had the best price and more importantly committed service. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, but it was clear that Mark was genuinely invested in in providing great service. We need more people like Mark: hardworking, dedicated, and honest. I was extremely impressed with the promptness and the service of Air Plus. They cleaned out my Condensor and furnace and left them looking new. They were also very attentive to my questions and concerns and took the time to answer all of them. I highly recommend them.
