Had an amazing experience. Jack was professional and curtious, explaining everything to me through the whole process. AC went out the night before so called the next morning. They were able to get someone to my door in 15 min and had it fixed in another 15. I will be a returning customer!
Jack with Air Today was professional, knowledgeable, and so polite! Our compressor went out on our very old system and Jack helped us choose a new unit that fit our needs and our budget. We will recommend Air Today in the future!

Micah and his team was amazing! Very professional and even stayed late to make sure that my AC was working properly. The AC is now blowing cold air and everyone in our house is comfortable! Very personable and we even discovered that we are from the same city! Thanks for going above and beyond.
Brian analyzed the matter so quickly. He then went right to work and discovered the fix. It was a fast response to my midmorning call for assistance and it was a quick resolution. On top of that, he was very professional and affable.
We love Air Today! Had an issue with our AC system over the weekend. We called them Saturday evening and they had a technician at our house Sunday at 10am. Problem was fixed and the technician, Irelynn, took the time to explain everything and showed me how to maintain our system to avoid future problems. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! The price to fix our issue was very reasonable, especially for a Sunday service call.
Richard and Anthony came over today to installed my inside and outside a/c unit. They both took the time to answer all my questions. They also explain everything they did today. They arrived on time as promised. Besides a bathroom break, drinking some water; all and all they both remain busy from the beginning to the end. They also help moved the old heavy platform stone for the outside unit to my backyard. Of course they did replace it with a new one. Their boss did come over to see how things were going. Also to answer any questions I had. Which of course Richard and Anthony had already answered. Prior to today we had Air Today come over about a year ago. They added freon, and looked over our system. Then recently they came over; when I our system was starting to give out. Then course we contacted them to go over our options to get a new system. Every single time every person we talk to was very polite and helpful. We never felt like they tried to sell us something we didn't need. I highly recommend them to anyone. Update my system just went out. I tried the circuit breaker and no luck. I tried turning on the system thermostat thru my phone app. However since the system was completely off my app was not responding. I called at 7pm about thirty minutes after messing with it myself. I was told a technician would be out here between 8-10pm. Got a text a few minutes later that Irelynn was on the way. She showed up at 8p and I thank her for coming out so soon, and especially (being late) on the weekend. She very polite, knowledgeable, and listen to everything I had to say. (Like everyone else in this company that I've dealt with.) She looked at the system and within a minute she knew what the issue was. She had my ac running a mintue later. She looked around the outside and noticed that I don't have a drainage trenched leading away from the house. All the water was backing up and caused my system to shut off. I’ve used Air & Plumbing today for all my AC needs in my homes and I was never disappointed, but this recent service I was not pleased. I wanted to get my house insulated with spray foam that they offered. I had paid in full the day before schedule service, and was overlooked for my appointment. I was scheduled for my service from the hours of 2pm - 5pm and didn’t receive a call at all for my technician to be on the way for service. I was currently flying out of state and had my fat N hebut my father notified me that no one had called him and it was already 5pm. When I landed i called Air & Plumbing today and they stated they switched to a new system and had overlooked my appointment for the day. They were able to make arrangements to have someone go to my home that day still being close to 6:30pm at this time. I didn’t want was rushed job because of the time of the day it was already. They did their job and it was good work. We all make mistakes, we are human. I was also advised that a manager would be calling me in regards to this situation, I didn’t get that call, the technician was asking my father if i had a few tools to help with THEIR job, I felt that was a little under prepared on their part. Overall this experience was not the best out of the four times I’ve used them. The job was done, no corners were cut, just the customer services on their end and hearing from a manager was not fulfilled.
The service I received was excellent! My technician Carlos inspected thoroughly and provided excellent service explained and diagnosed accordingly. Grateful for Air & Plumbing Today.

Irelynn was very professional and prompt and quick to determine the problem and got it fixed and working in no time. She is amazing and I highly recommend this company for your AC needs especially if it’s an emergency in this heat like ours was!
My AC went out over night Air today was out the very next day! Tony D was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the best solutions to proceed. I felt heard and not taken advantage of. I will use them again. My house hasn’t felt this cold in a while. Thank you Tony D and Air Today!

Jack was very professional and honest. Had the a/c problem resolved in less than an hour and gave excellent advice on how to help extend the life of my 11 year old system. Very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my a/c units. My units is working better and gave me recommendations of things to consider, great pricing, Frank was respectful and excellent customer service. They are used widely in my neighborhood.
Irelynn came out to troubleshoot a problem with my HVAC system. Irelynn arrived on time, diagnosed the trouble and fixed it quickly!
Had a valve leak on our washing machine, cut the water off to repair the leak but turns out it had been welded on and we couldn’t fix it. We called late evening on a Sunday with a newborn baby at home and they had a technician out right away and everything fixed within an hour.
