I have used this company for many years and they are fantastic! I have my unit checked in the fall and the spring for general maintenance. The two techs who have been here in the past couple of years are fantastic, Taylor and Bryce. I couldn't be happier with the company and the techs! I can't say anything negative about the business or it's employees.
Called first thing in the morning, they made arrangements to get out first thing. Bryce diagnosed the problem and suggested a couple other things, and proceeded to start the repair. After the tech left another problem came about and they made arrangements to get back out later in the day to fix the problem. I have used Air Care in the past and will continue to call them because they offer great service and complete the job the right way.
This company takes their time explaining things, and gives you multiple options. They are professional, fairly priced, and they DO NOT try to sell you extra stuff. Just a good company to work with.

Excellent service as always, and I've used this company for many years. I got same-day service for my AC emergency at a new property. Taylor was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem, and pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely continue to use Air Care for any future hvac work!
Taylor showed up on time, was professional and efficient. Checked A/C for pre summer maintenance. Will call again in fall for heating check.
I have had a good relationship with Air Care for around 10 years. This includes everything we talk about what needs to be done from maintenance to replacement of both my units. It has gone as planned with the request's that I require fulfilled, and when we agreed to over it over a handshake and they put in the quote it is done. The dispatcher they have is always ready to help with appointment's and emergency"s, and will work to get the best out come for both the customer and issue at hand.
Technican (Bryce) was very knowledgeable and explained the problem in detail which we very much appreciated. Would definitely use Air Care again.
Air care is great, they always try to fix the issue instead of just trying to get you to get another a/c. They aren’t cheap but they’re worth it

Hmm I can't recall if his name was Taylor or Tucker. Came over to do a yearly ac check. Price was perfect and he wasn't pushy with making unneeded recommendations. People REALLY APPRECIATE THAT, you know. Thank you for coming by. See you next time!
Canyon Lake AC is dependable, honest and the technicians are professional and courteous when I have had them inspect my AC system for my annual maintenance. I recommend them for any type of AC work. 👍😊
Cartland their tech was early for the call, diagnosed quickly getting the problem with the unit that was off line, getting it up and running so any other problems could be identified while he did PM on the other unit. Very through, personable and knowledgeable. Don sparks
