They were absolute SAVIORS!!!! When other companies tried to quote us 36k to 21k for a whole new system this company came in clutch with an honest and extremely reasonable rate. They are PHENOMENAL!!! AMAZING!!! My family is so appreciative!!! Every single person was awesome. Shout out especially to Gerardo for going above and beyond on a Friday night to make sure we were all good when we didn’t listen the first time around!!!! Hands down, use this company. You will not be sorry.
They are very professional and explain to me every step of the way what is going to be done prior to making the repairs. Reasonable prices and always friendly service.
This company has the worst customer service of any small business I’ve ever dealt with. They do not keep their commitments. They will tell you they’ll come out or call back and they don’t. They installed a new system for us less than 2 years ago and have had to come out more than 6 times to fix issues that weren’t installed properly. They try to blame everything on the customer saying the filters weren’t changed when they are indeed changed in less than 2 month intervals. They will not honor their warranty. I have water damage in my ceiling because they did not install the shut off switch on the drip pan correctly. They had to replace the thermostat 3 times in after the initial installation and now the thermostat is crooked on the wall. If it’s a Friday, or a weekend when there is an issue, just plan on being without air until maybe Monday or Tuesday. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I don’t want others to have to go through the same horrible experiences we’ve had. You’d literally be better off just picking any other a/c company out of the phone book.
Just found my HVAC company for life! So glad I received this referral from a friend, it was just as she said. Professional, experienced, friendly service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend Air Cantu!
Mr. Cantu and his team responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I also found their quote to be cheaper than all other places that I called. A few things that he told me was that he personally did the install and the most important day of the unit was install day. I very much would have liked to go with Air Cantu but I needed work on my AC on Saturday so did not want to wait until Monday. I definitely thought Mr. Cantu and crew would be folks that I would call (hopefully I won't need that for awhile).

I am very pleased with the company from start to finish – their response time was exceptional, the technicians were not only punctual but very respectful, professional, and their knowledge base and attention to detail was phenomenal. They were very thorough while explaining the existing issue and even provided me with helpful preventative maintenance tips. I am beyond pleased with Air Cantu’s services and will definitely remain a customer for life!

So I’ve used this company in the past and was really happy with them. However, this time around I was disappointed in the company. A service guy came to our home on Thursday and found the problem quickly. He was able to fix the issue with a temporary part, as the part we needed would be replace the following day. The only down fall I have is their communication. The next day I didn’t hear from anyone. So at noon I finally called, to get a follow up on the part and time of service. After four attempts, my call was finally answered and I got an update on my follow up service. A lady over the phone explained they would be here by 1pm and of course 3:30pm hit and still nothing. So I called again and was place on a Saturday service. Saturday came and they didn’t even call or come by. By this time I’m over the company. On Monday I get a call “oh we’re on the way.” Finally part replace. I definitely will not be using them in the future. As a customer I would have loved to been in the loop/communication on follow up service. Overall really not please with their service.
Have been saying their suppose to come to my property for the past two weeks and they just never show up , basically no call no shows Terrible service

Me wife and I had an issue with our Central AC unit and within 24 hours Air Cantu made it out to our home to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately nothing could be done to fix the unit which was expected because of the age and other technical issues we have had with the unit (15 year old unit). Although this was an expense we were not ready for financially the customer service received from Air Cantu was outstanding and we highly recommend there services. Professionalism and quality of work is something we demand when an expense of this size is made and Air Cantu delivered and exceeded expectations!!!

I highly recommend Air Cantu, Mr. Cantu and his son came over to do a winter check on my furnace and they did a great job. They fixed everything correctly and cleaned up after themselves and the price was great. Great people that are doing a great job. A+++++ all the way. Call them, you won't be disappointed!!!
