Danny Smith was my technician for this recent service. Our a/c went out on the morning of the 4th of July, so I wasn’t hopeful that I could get anyone out, and understandably so. Danny called me though and explained that he would have happily come out but he was already completely booked with the record heat we’ve been having and the issues it’s been causing on everyone’s systems. I could tell that he was actually disappointed that he couldn’t come out and help us get our system up and running faster. He came out the next day (today) and was on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s never fun having to service major appliances in your home, but having great service techs really takes a lot of the discomfort away. Grateful to Danny for the work he did to restore our system and for Air Authorities quality of work.

Jeff Cutcher was amazing! He texted and called to let me know when he was on his way.. about 15mins out. When he came to the door he rang the door bell, I answered and he introduced himself and waited for me to invite him in. I say this because numerous contractors have tried to barge right on in the door after I open it. I find that extremely rude and disrespectful. Jeff was very kind, friendly and respectful. Before he started he described to me the different services that could be provided for my HVAC system and what was included in each service. I showed him where the system was located and he worked quickly and independently. He took pictures of everything he serviced. He was able to answer all of my questions. The service met my expectations. Thank you Jeff!

Called AirAuthoroty for HVAC for water collection in the drip tray. He explained how it all works and fixed the issue. It's worth to have Annual service setup, so someone can came to do maintenance on the AC unit.

We switched to Riteway (now Air Authority) a few years ago after a litany of fails by another HVAC company, and we haven’t looked back. Every one we’ve dealt with has been fantastic, credible, efficient, professional, and responsive.
Danny is great every time he comes out, we recently moved and we were lucky to have Danny come out and service our ac unit in our new home. Danny is always helpful and very knowledgeable. We hope he is our guy every time !!!
Casey did a great job like always
Casey was great. Blew out drain line so it drains into plumbing system instead of dripping from eve of house. Suggested we sign up again for annual maintenance program which we did. If he didn’t bring it up I was going to ask about it. Worth the value and peace of mind.
My outdoor A/C fan went out overnight and they were able to replace some parts and get it back up and running in an hour! Called in at around noon and they were able to get a technician out to me by 2. If you get Casey he'll do a great job!
