Fantastic job done by Advance Cooling. I highly recommend their services. Neil charged a very reasonable rate and took time to go through all of the steps to check everything thoroughly. It turned out that all that was needed was a new capacitor...which he had on onhand. He replaced the faulty one with a new high quality part and the AC was working again...within just a few minutes. Honest, reliable, and responsive....and at a very very reasonable price. Happy and will recommend to anyone who is looking for an AC repair company.
I've been using Advanced Cooling for a few years now. When I first moved to Texas and my AC went out, I got Advanced Cooling as a reference from my neighbor. From the first message they have been nothing but professional and very responsive. After installation of my new AC unit in 2020, they went back and found a the warranty from the unit which saved me significant money. This isn't something that benefited the company, only me, the customer. When I was having trouble this year, I wrote and they immediate know who I was. They found the problem and gave me my options to move forward. The entire process was very transparent. I'm very happy with all of their work - from replacing my unit, frozen dampers, and a bad control board; to installing thermostats. Their services range my entire need and when I need anything in the future, they will be who I call.

When your AC breaks down in Texas it’s usually an emergency. Well at least it feels that way when it’s 96+ degrees outside. I called Advance Cooling at 8 AM and was setup with a service call on the same day at 12:30! I was very impressed with the customer service over the phone. They text you with updates. The service call took about an hour. Alex was very professional! He refused to step in my house without shoe covers, even tho i said it was okay. I am an extremely happy customer. Highly recommend! I called Advance Cooling when my AC went out. They were prompt, identified the problem and fixed it. They were happy to answer my questions while I watched the repair. Best of all they DIDN’T try to sell me a new unit like many of the larger companies want to do when your unit is 13 years old. Very honest and professional. Will continue to use them for my HVAC service/repairs..

Advance Cooling (Nilo) properly diagnosed and corrected the problem while past experiences with other companies, they didn't resolve the issue and just tried to sell me a whole new unit. If you're looking for honest and professional service with great prices, I highly recommend you call Advance Cooling.
Advance cooling correctly diagnosed my a/c issue and gave me a fair price. The work was done on time and the follow up to ensure everything was working correctly was unexpected, but certainly appreciated. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
Neil returned my call quickly. He explained a few things about my cooler. He even walked me through what I could try on my own before they came out . AND it worked ! Knowledgeable , friendly , n an awesome work ethic.

Over the last three years I have had problems with Freon leaking from my air conditioning system> I have had three of the largest companies do repairs and quote me on replacing the unit. All of the larger companies required me to sit and wait during a 4 hour window and have charged 400+ dollars for repairs. Neil from ADVANCED COOLING gave me an hour window estimate and arrived on time. He also added Freon to get me through while he prepared a quote for a new system. FIRST the repair he did was excellent AND almost $200 less than I paid to the "big guys" . SECOND The quote Neil provided for a complete new TRANE system is thousands less! True I won't be getting a 'free' video doorbell but with the amount I'm saving I cam buy one. I'm at a loss as to why anyone would call a different company. ADVANCED COOLING will see to your needs with courteous and prompt service. AND they will do so without over charging you.
I totally recommend Advance Cooling. We called several other companies when my AC stopped cooling and Neil was the first to respond. We have medical fragile children so waiting for AC to be repaired is not an option. Advance Cooling showed up, found the problem, gave me a reasonable price, and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend them.
What a horrible company, the person i spoke with had the most ugliest mouth i ever heard! never doing business with them! and i top of that they did a horrible job! smh
Advance Cooling fixed my ac. They were quick at repairing my ac unit and the price for the call was the best thing of all. I will call them if my ac ever goes out again.
I am a believer of Advance Cooling. After years of going with a bigger company I've decided that there are honest, and high integrity individuals out there...as is the case with Advance Cooling. A big well known company came to check out our 3 year old unit...this "prestigious" company stated that we needed a new compressor. They were so willing to get the part at no cost to us since the unit is still under warranty, however, labor was going to be astronomical. We decided that we needed a 2nd opinion, someone highly referred Advance Cooling. Neil, showed up that same Sunday that we called and he checked the unit and stated that the only need was Freon. He saved us a ton of money. Its been almost a month and the unit is working perfectly.
Company has excellent service and their rates for the repair were very good. AC works fantastic, service tech was friendly, and I have no complaints whatsoever.
My Ac went out in the morning and by the time the afternoon hit it was sweltering hot. Advance Cooling was the first one that could come out on short notice. They were able to find the problem with my ac, fix it fast, and the price was really reasonable. I have no problems recommending them.
ac company got my ac fixed quickly. I did not have any cost out of pocket since I am renting but I really appreciated the prompt arrival and the quick repair.
