I was recently interviewed 5 weeks ago and sounded like a very good company to work for.. I was immediately hired the next day as a service technician and recieved 2 shirts as my uniform. I been in the field for 5 years now. Monday was my first day of work and recieved a employee badge, hard hat, vest and keys for a van that was in horrible conditions. The van had no tools and was requested to borrow and return tools the day of the particular job I was doing that day. My co-worker and I were sent to remove and install a split-system from 8:30am to 4:30pm and was not given everything we needed to complete the job. I spent almost $300 in parts just to complete the job and was not given a reimbursement and was told that my purchase was not approved BUT what would you do if you were getting asked every 30mins to hurry up and finish the job with missing parts? I finished everything at 10:30pm with no lunch. The next day I was so tired that I had to request a day off so my body can recover. The system is outdated.. carrying 3 devices when one device can do it all. One of my coworkers said that he feels like a slave working here. No one should feel that way. I decided to quit because this company sets you out for failure. I was charged $25 for a badge that was a piece plastic and paper. I was also charged $120 for background check and drug test. By far the worst experience.

I relocated to Texas without knowing what to expect. I was given the opportunity to work here and I’m proud to say that I have excellent co-workers. Good working environment. We get up every morning with the enthusiasm of providing our customers the best quality service with a responsiveness that they deserve. Working hard to solve each customers issues in a timely manner. We are here to service our customers and serve them well. Very happy with my decision.

They steal from their employees! They pay LESS money FOR OUTTA TOW WORK. I read the "employee handbook" before signing. I sat at their table for half a day because I wouldnt sign the page that says you get paid roughly 50% of agreed hourly rate for outta town work and 80% of their work is outta town. And Monica state of Texas did not order a 3rd party company to deduct child support they ordered your company to do so.
