Robert got to our house as soon as he could and took care of the problem.
When my A/C broke on a really hot day I was desperate to get someone to fix it. Raul came out super fast and got it working again. When we had a recurrence of the problem shortly after he left, he was really quick in getting back to us and helping us troubleshoot, and then came back the next day to make sure everything was working right. Overall super fast and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

Using my dad's Google account. Wanted to review AC doctors. And give a big shout out for going out of the way in helping me in my time of need. My dad was being released from hospital as stage for lung cancer. Going to be transparent with you all. Our house A/C was out the temperature red in the 90s. My dad was being released from hospital has stage 4 lung cancer. Medical equipment was being delivered to my home and to top it off I was hungover. Not a great combination overall. I've used AC doctors in the past and was more than satisfied with their service. They went way and beyond we're going to be at my house at 3:00 p.m. then Robert called They were very concerned with my status. And we're afraid that if I needed parts the stores would be closed. Robert the air conditioner technician / doctor really made it work. Between him and his coworker they made it happen. Within an hour my air conditioner was up and running. They even asked if I wanted to top off the freon it was low.....but we're not pushy about it me. (and if you don't know freon can be very expensive) Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them and their prices once again are extremely compatible. Thank you AC doctors.
In the past I have used other AC companies. And Not only was I disappointed but I was left with a large bill. But NOT the case with AC doctors. Not only were they prompt, thorough, but very informative. Prices are Beyond competitive. They also have warranty on the work that is done on your AC / heater. (This is a review I posted 2 yrs from today's date)
This weekend our AC couldn't keep up with the heat. Since it was a Sunday evening we emailed AC Doctors requesting a service call. To our surprise they responded within an hour and we had an appointment to service our unit the next day. The service team showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate of the cost. Within an hour our unit was back up and cooling again. Thanks guys. Great job.
As usual an excellent job. Answered all questions and replaced two vents. Robert is wonderful!
I don’t usually take time to leave reviews, but I also never receive the attention and care I received without giving anything in return. I called on a SUNDAY, to speak to someone and possibly get a quote for a repair on my HVAC system. Not only did my phone call get answered quickly, I also got a call back from the OWNER himself. Raul was kind and very detailed in his explanations and helpful info, he took 30 min of his Sunday to speak to a potential customer(I explained I was shopping around). Btw, he was on the field working so that his employees could have some time off of their own. If that’s not a company you can trust I don’t know what is. He’s been in business for decades and I can see why, they deserve it. He did call me back the next day also and took even more time of his day to help me. There was no money exchanged, but a lot of his time and expertise was. This is a company to root for everlasting success, blessings to Raul and his team.
Been using them since 2017 and so grateful to them. I can't afford a new system so they have been able to repair so far. They are miracle workers 😊

A/c doctors was quick to go out and look at our ac that wasn’t cooling. Johnny went out and was very professional told us our blower fan was not running. Monday morning gave us a call he was picking up the part and on his way to fix the problem. Thank you !
We have used them for several years now and are extremely happy with the service. They are the first company that has not tried to rip us off. Easy to get an appointment. We would recommend them .

Replaced fan did without a/c for Sunday Sunday night till Monday afternoon house cooled down later that night
I only deal with A/C Doctors. They always seem to provide me with what I need. Ask for Robert. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your unit. He has not dissapointed me as yet.
AC Doctors saved our butt on a new system in a new home. The builders contractor whom installed the system, misdiagnosed the issues just outside of the two year labor warranty. Had AC Doctors not come out to see the issue and fix it on the spot, we would have paid thousands to address something which was not even wrong with the system. These guys are rockstars and have my full trust!

I scheduled this A/C maintenance via telephone and was treated professionally by the telephone representative. In advance of the scheduled appointment I was contacted to confirm the arrival time window of the A/C Tech. The assigned tech arrived promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the maintenance process and what the diagnosis was showing. Additional maintenance was suggested, but no pressure was applied. I have been very happy with A/C Doctors from when they installed my York A/C six years ago and with all the maintenance services they have provided.
Attic insulation install; Robert and his crew were quick, thorough, and professional.
