Installed AC, did not verify system before leaving. Left screws on garage floor. System ran constantly and didn't cool. Called them and they came back later, fixed some issues including wiring and freon pressurization. system still runs constantly and takes a long time to cool. tech suggested increasing fan speed in attic to high, but left anyway. To be continued.
Sergio did a great job and explained very well what the problem was. He is very thorough and found what the problem was and explained the why's and how the problem occurred and what needed to be done to fix and repair the proem. I also went up to look into the attic and OMG OMG!!!! I could not believe my eyes and Sergio found the problem when others did not. Will always use Sergio...he is the Best!
Process of getting the evaporator coil replaced on my current system went quickly and without issue. Options and quotes were provided and appointment set. They called when an earlier time slot opened up and asked if I would like to move to that time. On install day, the technicians were on time, worked quickly and had everything running well in 2 hours.
I am very pleased with my service. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to change my filter and how to keep up with my HVAC maintenance. I highly recommend starting your service today!

I originally called the contractor, who installed our HVAC for a service call, only to be told I would have to wait a month before they could get to us. So then I gave ABC a call. When they asked if their service technician could come by today, I was in disbelief. I was elated and said ..."of course." Chris showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, let me know the part was under warranty and gave me a reasonable cost for repair. I couldn't be happier with their service.
I called at 9pm on a hot Sunday night because my capacitor went out. It started getting really hot really fast. I called five different places that advertised 24/7 repair. One was full, three were closed despite advertising 24/7, and then I got lucky reaching these guys. Technician was here in 30 minutes, super nice guy (Sergio), and he ID’d the problem in about 2 minutes, had the part on his truck, fixed it up, back running a couple minutes later. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend these guys!
Sergio came within 30 minutes of me calling. I was so impressed with his responsiveness being it was the weekend. He knew exactly what was wrong and even worked extra to temporarily fix our drainage pipe when he could have just left it to a plumber. We have cool air in this crazy June heat and ABC is definitely my go-to hvac solution because of the best experience we had with them!
They took a very hectic morning of no AC and fixed the problem so fast! I’m in still disbelief that I’m standing in a cool room. With the Texas heat having no AC is awful but ABC helped me out so much!!! I could cry. Thank you to the amazing costumer service and Sergio the AC tech for being so helpful!!
I have received consistent good service using ABC Home & Commercial Svs. They installed a new HVAC system I purchased through Costco in 2021; great saving and install on this high dollar purchase. ABC has provided my annual HVAC maintenance check-ups/tune-ups. No issues or complaints.
Adrian came by today to do my HVAC maintenance and he was very courteous and professional. He greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. He was respectful of my home and property. He was prompt in performing the services required and when finished, he explained that he would send me an email with all his findings but that my HVAC system was in top shape. I give Adrian and ABC five stars!
ABC came out with same day service. This was great considering the over 100 degrees heat wave. They fixed only what needed to be fixed rather pushing to replace the whole system
I called the company on Wednesday and the new system was installed on Saturday. Great service, once installed the tech explained everything, they cleaned up and were very friendly and professional.
After being let down by other big companies I called ABC and not only did they service my A/C same day, the fix was done in less than 10 minutes. Salvation!
Outdoor unit was rattling after only a month old. It was nothing serious loose key cap.
I have a 10 year contract, A/C went out last night so I called to see about a repair. They came by first thing this morning and had it up and running in about 30 minutes
A/C went out yesterday. ABC sent Chris this morning. Chris is always friendly, professional and helpful. He was able to quickly make the repair with a part he had on his truck. Great service!

Purchased a new hvac system thru ABC’s partnership with Costco a few years ago. Great pricing, professional installation and excellent annual maintenance. The technicians are on time, thorough, friendly and always professional. We have other home ABC services as well.
We have been using their service for the past 4 years. Great team; unlike the service we used prior, they are looking out for our best interest. The A/C team is the best...our strongest recommendation for any AC needs!
