The technician barely looked at our ac unit before saying we needed a new one and spent the entire time pressuring us to replace our working unit using all non stop sales tactics. Worst of all, he left our unit unplugged when he left. It stressed us out thinking that he broke our unit until we went up in the attic to find it unplugged. We are really unsatisfied with our experience and will not call them when we actually do need a new unit.
The technicians were right on time, good at explaining what they were doing, and took care of our issue quickly and at a reasonable price!
Josh & Joel were the techs that came out to my home….Set appt on line, got call that they could come earlier same day….YES! Josh spent an hour explaining the issues that were creating the low pressure flow throughout the house. The water softener is 16 years old….the resin had broken down and settled in pipes throughout the pipes….tested the pressure outside, all OK. Josh explained all options….NO HARD SELL! Very professional / educational conversation…I decided to have the complete water softener replaced and the Pressure Reducing Valve out by the city water meter…..I felt very good about the complete experience! I strongly recommend 1st Call Plumbing…..Very Professional!!!! Glenn Green
The team that arrived was on time and arrived when they said they would, Very chipper attitude ready to complete the tasks at hand. Very impressive service. Still very hot outside as they worked but the attitude never changed very responsive and respectful. Love this co.
I needed a plumber asap. One place I called could not get to me for a week. 1st Call was able to schedule me the next day. Two men arrived and resolved my issue within an hour. Very clean, very professional, gave a complete quote before they started. This is my go to plumbing company now.
This is my fifth time using First Call. They are always prompt, respectful, never pushy, and always do a great job. Whenever I need a plumber again I will be calling them. Very nice people that do excellent work.
I think I got lucky and got Joe Ybarra (one of their lead technicians). He came to my home and took the time to show me his method and explain to me what was going on with my unit. He was super thorough in his diagnosing and I learned a lot. I am going to replace my ducts this fall and I will probably use 1st Call because of this interaction alone. Very impressed.
Unfortunately I had the opportunity to experience a slab leak ! But Jake saved the day and not only repaired the leak in a timely manner but really eased my mind on a lot of my concerns and worries . He was very patient and understanding with my million and one questions ! He kept me informed all the way through . Thank you 1st call plumbing !!

It's 103 today, our AC when out, we called 1st Call Plumbing, we almost melted but Alex showed up to save the day! 🤸♂️ Thank you Alex! 1st Call Plumbing fixed our AC in less than 12 hours from when we called. The dispatcher Nick was super friendly as well...thank you to the whole team! 🥶
We have turned to 1st Call on several occasions. Every time the technicians visit I am more convinced they are the company I must turn to for service. Apart the secretary is so pleasant she makes me want to call even though we have no problem.
I had a wonderful experience with 1st Call Plumbing! My hot water heater went out and the first company that came out tried to sell me a $6,000 replacement - he said it could not be fixed and that an electrician also needed to come out and change the breaker out. I called 1st Call Plumbing for a second opinion - Koby was there right on time, was SO nice and professional, and fixed my water heater in less than an hour for less than $1,000 - I will definitely recommend them and use them from now on - thank you!
Had to have a new Gas fired Tankless Water Heater installed. Great Job and very honest in giving me cost and what needed to be done to get the 20 to 30 year expected life if these systems. Mine was 12 years old. Zack McCombs was awesome. Highly recommend 1st Call!!!!!
Great job by Joe Ybarra. A true professional. Took the time to find the problem that previous technicians could not, and did an outstanding job of explaining how/why it happened, and how to avoid the issue in the future. He was absolutely the best, and even gave me a follow up call the day after. If I had 5 guys like Joe I could run the world!
Water heater replacement. JJ & Oscar were incredibly helpful, professional, and hard working technicians. They answered all my questions and offered no-nonsense options for repairing and/or replacement options available. 10/10 will recommend this business to friends and family.
Our service technician Mr. Ruben Duran did everything as annotated by the company procedures. Arrived on time, he is very polite and very professional. He explained everything to us and answered any questions I asked. I would like to have Mr. Duran to do our winter scheduled maintenance. He is an asset to your company. Promote and give him a raise.

Called for an HVAC repair. Technician was professional, talked me through the issue and replaced the capacitor. Universal capacitor lists for under $70 on multiple sites, technician spent roughly 30-45 minutes on repair (standard HVAC labor rates $85-$150 per hour) and my bill was $395. Will not be returning to or recommending this business.
I used this company for years for simple to complex fixes always with complete satisfaction. Lately though I felt their prices were getting high so I decided to shop around (found eventually that prices are rising across the board). The owner actually called me to find out if anything was wrong which showed the true integrity and character of this company. I can really appreciate that in a world where companies are out to just capitalize on people's problems. Their policy on no-cost estimates of work really separates them as a go-to company for your plumbing and hvac needs. Highly recommend including them in any comparison for services.
