The plumber went out of his way to check on a plumbing issue at a house an hour away from San Antonio. He did a great job. He also miraculously fixed a low water-pressure issue at our house and we now have a great showering experience.
They answered all my questions. Very professional. I look forward to using them again if the need arises.
I am so grateful to have found this company. In the past most plumbers do not seem to care about me as a human and only care about the plumbing problems. So the fact that 1-800-plumber + air really cares about their customers and the fact that our homes and lives are affected by these problems is something worth bragging about. We had a leak under our sink and they were able to locate it and replace the piece with a quality piece, which fixed the issue. Daniel was great…he made my entire family feel comfortable about what he was doing and why he was doing it!
