I hired this company to do a construction project in Robert Lee due to the good reviews on here. Luis came out, bid the job & was responsive until he collected a $6000. Deposit. After that, the communication dropped, he made one excuse after the other why the plumber, the electrician, etc. couldn’t make it out to do the work. Then he would say they would be there day after day, week after week. They were supposed to start and finish the job in six weeks. Three months later still nothing. We learned that they had been fired and run off 3 other jobs recently due to same issues. We finally told them we couldn’t put up with this anymore and to return our money. We have never heard a word from Luis or the owner of the company since that day. Of course they never returned our money. Crooks! We are told the owner and Luis are best friends. Dishonest liars in business together from our experience. I would not recommend this company. They bid the job, took the $6000. down payment money and wouldn’t or couldn’t fulfill the job. This was our horrible experience with Onyx Solutions.

Edward fixed our tub in 20 minutes! He was our 2nd opinion because Mr. Rooter wanted me to spend an additional $250+ for a camera on the spot and turns out we didn’t even need a camera! We just needed someone who knew what he was doing. I’m so thankful we went with an additional opinion and I will be calling Onyx Solutions if anything happens again. So thankful!
What can I say about Edward that hasn't been said about Brad Pitt, he was smooth fast and polite, I'm very pleased with onyx solutions as a whole from Carla in the office to his manager Louis answering my questions. Will use onyx for life. Thank you Edward for all you did on my plumbing!
