My ac went out on a Friday night and my home warranty wasn’t going to send anyone out until the next Monday. I called and they came out that same day and got my ac working until my home warranty could come out. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone having ac troubles!
AARON MCMURRY, very professional been messing with my air conditioners for 4 years with another company and Aaron finally got it all worked out. Aaron took the time to explain everything he's very knowledgeable in the work that he does. I'm very satisfied with his work.
I am very pleased to say this company is did an amazing job on getting the repair done on my AC unit. The tech Alex was here within 30 mins of me calling about my issue. The receptionist is very polite and professional and understanding. I will definitely do business with this company again . Thanks again Snow Bear Heat and Air.

I have a house with a very old A/C system that has been experiencing issues for the past year. We have used 3 other repair companies previous to calling Snow Bear, and we have spent well over $2000 in the past year on fixes that didn't work. We called Snow Bear because we were tired of not being listened to and for being charged for fixes that did nothing. The office assistant as well as the service tech were very professional, responsive, and efficient. I really appreciated that they ran a diagnostic to find the problem. Most companies do not do that and it has lead to a lot of wasted time and money for us. The tech found the problem immediately and fixed it, as well as advised us about other potential maintenance issues and even answered our questions about replacing the system.
I've been getting my HVAC serviced by Snow Bear quarterly, for the last 2+ years. This team, from the receptionist to the techs, are consummate professionals. My system is over 16 years old and they keep it going without a hiccup! Most importantly, they have never tried to upsell me or pressure me into an unnecessary repair and they always go above and beyond what I would consider a standard HVAC service. EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Aaron was very honest and helpful. He explained exactly what was going on and what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again. He talked to us about our options and the benefits of each. I had been through 3 previous companies and not one gave any explanation as to why our system was no longer working the way it was. They will be my go to for HVAC.

I signed up for the bi-annual service and the company was able to set me up with a next-day appointment, even though I technically missed the spring window. Aaron was able to make it on time, even though I accidentally gave the company the wrong address which sent him further out. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He came fully prepared and even went out of the way to check all of the potential issues and answered all of my questions. Pros: *Very professional and quick *Fully prepared with all equipment needed *Answers technical questions and covers all concerns *Checks everything and goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right *Makes suggestions for improvements/upgrades without pushing products *Works for a larger company but he is a local contractor *Very good pricing. Doesn't charge ridiculous service fees just to come out and look at things Cons: *Haven't found one yet. I'll update if something crazy comes up, but this contractor and the company are perfect so far. If anything, it would be cool if the company had an online account management/payment system, but that is not common with HVAC contractors/companies and definitely not worth lowering the rating.
Aaron was awesome! I went with this company because of all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I experienced first hand everything I read in the reviews! He knew what he was doing and was upfront on what needed to be done but gave me several options. Will definitely continue to use them!

Aaron is God-sent. He is a licensed technician and knows his job well. If your A/C unit does not necessarily need to be replaced and he can repair it, then he will. This kind of honesty is hard to find. I will buy my unit when I am ready from Snowbird and request Aaron's service.
Aaron was great. We just bought a new home in San Angelo and had another HVAC company inspect our new home. The other company said we needed $3,500 in repairs. Aaron tested our system, and let us know the only repair needed was new batteries for the thermostat and gave us great tips for what we could do if we wanted to improve our cooling.
