Called them in the morning due to no ac. I had to leave a message. So I called another Air service and they answered right away, took my information. I finally received a call back at 430 pm. Stating they just received my message. Unfortunately I heard great reviews about them, My experience was not great.
Bowles Heating and Cooling in San Angelo is the company to use for A/C repairs and/or replacement. They are very professional, prompt, responsive, and fairly priced. Great customer service as well.
I highly recommend Bowles Heating and Cooling. They did the installation just as they said they would. The installers were careful and did excellent work. So far the Trane unit they installed has done an excellent job keeping us cool in this heat.
My split unit stopped working and I called them and they sent a technician out right away. He was on time , professional and courteous. And most importantly, Honest.
I asked Bowles to give me an estimate on a repair or replacement. The owner worked with me on financing. Their work and customer service has been top notch and above other HVAC companies in San Angelo that I've used in the past. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks!
Replaced both of my home air conditioners in a day and one half with as little disruption as possible. Large professional, courteous and careful crew. Top quality Trane equipment installed. Nathan Bowles is very knowledgeable and professional. I had previously worked with Nathan for the design and installation of a system for my church. After contacting several companies, Nathan is the only one that proposed solutions that met the performance needs of the church. The system is working great.

I highly recommend going to Bowles for your HVAC needs. The estimate was scheduled and completed before two of the other businesses in town called me back! I needed to replace two central air systems. The crew installing the systems was professional and courteous. The new Trane systems are quieter, and the house is much cooler. The new systems and thermostats were all explained thoroughly, and all my questions were answered at every step of the way. This is a business you can trust.
I will recommend Bowles to everyone looking for Heating and cooling help. We had an old AC/heating unit that was going out during the hottest part of the year just recently. We have a newborn in the house. We called for a quote and they showed up same day. Nathan was amazing at explaining everything and truly cared for our situation with a newborn and our AC going in and out at the house. They scheduled us that same week for a total replacement and even showed up a couple days earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation they had in their schedule. The guys that installed were friendly and courteous and made sure to let us know to call if we needed anything after install. We will always use Bowles. What a great local company!
Quick response to the trouble call on our old unit which had died. Bowles sold us a new Trane system which they installed in one day. I was impressed with the installers' professionalism and courtesy as this occurred during the pandemic. The follow-up inspection a week or two later also was very professional and included a review of operation and maintenance tips for the new unit. Bowles is our go-to heat and AC company! Our AC unit went out last night and after calling several companies that falsely advertise they are open 24/7 to which none of them answered our calls, I called Bowles this morning they scheduled an appointment for 11 this morning; the technician Kevin called and said he was done with his prior appointment and came to our house earlier than the appointment found the problem with the unit and repaired it. Kevin was very professional, courteous, respectful and above all honest.
My parents have been using them for years and we had issues with our AC when it was in the 100’s so we made the switch. They did a temporary fix the day before our sons graduation until we could get the new unit installed. All the men were courteous and professional but the older gentleman that did the temporary repair was EXCEPTIONAL along with the owner Nathan who came after hours to fix an issue with the installation.
The person I spoke with about making an appointment was kind and beyond helpful. She got me an appointment much quicker than I anticipated. The gentleman that came out was friendly, informative and got the job done in a timely manner! Thank you!
This is a great company i bought my system 2014 or 2015 this unit has been working excellent since then yesterday my unit stopped cooling so i called at around 7 pm left a message technician Kevin returned my call very quickly and he was at my house within a hour. had the unit up and running very quickly very professional and polite. if you need heating and cooling service or replacement give them a call
They came out on time walked me through the issues we were having giving me realistic options. Never once was there a suggestion that I needed something that I didn't. I look forward to recommending them to others and continuing my HVAC business with them.
I am very satisfied with service I have received from the office support, cost of replacement from Mr Bowles and the installation crew. Before my system was suggested to be replaced, I was told why it was best to replace and which brand would give me the results I need. The cost was exactly as quoted. I definitely recommend Bowles Heating and Cooling.
Nathan and his crew are Amaizing! They are always here when we need them even when Angelo was shut down with all the snow.They always do fantastic work. Honest, local, and fair, my business has been with and will continue to be with Bowles Heating and Cooling!!!!

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Leo and his team were professional, polite, and efficient. The new unit that they installed is exactly what we wanted and is working wonderfully. Extremely professional and prompt. Installed a temporary compressor for us at no charge when ours went out until they could reinstall a full HVAC. Great price and service. Already recommended to a colleague going through similar issues. Cannot speak highly enough about.
