Amanda did a fantastic job. Explained every step of the repair she was performing and made everything very easy to understand. Also appreciate the same day service. Very hard to find nowadays.
I want to take a moment to thank Michelle from the office of Air Dynamics for the amazing customer service. I knew just from the first phone call my experience with this company was going to be a good one. They sent out Amanda Mims who got straight to work inspecting/testing my unit and finding the problem. She was incredibly thorough and informative as well as efficient. I had a terribly hot and miserable night and am so grateful to have had such a good experience and my AC is running beautifully. Thank y’all so much. I highly recommend this business.
Air Dynamics was prompt and courteous. They answered all of our questions made sure everything worked and cleaned up when completed with their job.
Amanda was thoroughly professional. She accomplished the job, fixing my A/C , by thinking outside the box. My unit is in an awkward place and she figured out how to fix the issue my unit was having. We were the last customer of the day and although she had been working all day she had a smile and showed what an awesome professional she is. Thank you, Amanda

My AC thermostat was blanking out. Justin came out on the 4th of July promptly. He diagnosed the issue and because I'm a member, I wasn't charged. Thank you Justin and Air Dynamics !!

Daniel was awesome. Very professional and was in and out very quickly to get my AC working again. Explained everything he did and ran through a thorough diagnostic test on all the ins and outs of my HVAC system.
113° last week and our air went out. I called the company that usually services our AC and they said maybe in two days. I called a few other places and they said "next week". I called Air Dynamics and they were there the next day! The technician they sent, Amanda Mims, was amazing. I have never seen a more thorough inspection of an AC system. She was friendly and informative and explained everything that she was doing and fixed the problem. She, along with the responsiveness of the company, is the reason that I will use Air Dynamics from here on out.
Justin was great and sociable, was able to keep my AC in service despite exceeding it's shelf-life.

My 1st time having to replace a big appliance on my home. Quality work, the air dynamic team gave me confidence as a 1st time home owner. The most professional, honest, reliable amazing team. I would recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. Amazing. I can't express enough how honest this TEAM is.
Amanda Mims was very thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable, so the star rating is for an excellent technician, and extremely friendly and professional office staff. However if you have an old system maybe look elsewhere or get a second opinion. They may tell you your system is obsolete or uses discontinued refrigerant. They may tell you can't be repaired and needs replaced, and that may or may not be true. I can only speak for my case, and today I have a perfectly functional HVAC for less than $100 repair after getting a second opinion. Excellent service and I'm sure overall a great company. Just make sure that you make an informed decision before replacing a system that may or may not need it!
Johnny Abila with Air Dynamics did an outstanding job. Once he arrived he got right on it and fixed the outdoor ac unit in no time. He explained everything and showed what was wrong. I really appreciate him and Air Dynamics!
I just received repair work from Amanda Mims from Air Dynamics Heating & Cooling. Not only was Amanda very polite and respectful, she was also very educational and knowledgeable. I will be needing further repairs and will be requesting she be the one to return to my home and help me out. Thank you, Amanda!!!
