We had to have an entire system replaced. Henry's ac was wonderful. Aaron our technician was great and very friendly. Even after the unit was installed we had a small issue and Henry's A/C sent someone out right away to fix the minor issue. I highly recommend Henry's A/ C

These two gentlemen showed up on time and were quick and effiecent. They completed the job and double checked their work before leaving. They were friendly and professional. I will recommend Henry's to my friends and use them again if needed.

The technician's were very professional. They texted and called when they were on their way to our house. The text also included a picture of the technician for safety purposes. They were polite, professional, and quick to do the repair. If I need HVAC repair in the future, I will call Henry's again.
So, after them coming out and fixing it once, it broke down again. They came back out to fix it again and the technician informed us he wasn’t going to charge us since we had already paid for it once which was obviously a relief. We then get an invoice for another $300 and when we called and asked about it, the supervisor told us that the technician didn’t know that he couldn’t do that and wouldn’t honor it. We then looked up the part they replaced and it’s $35 on Amazon.
Very professional. I had hvac systems installed in 2 houses and these guys showed up as planned and worked well around obstacles and other contractors. Excellent warranties! I will use them again!
I am always pleased with Henry’s A/C & Heat. They are very understanding and flexible when it comes to scheduling an appointment. They are clear with communication and great at what they do. We had Aaron for our maintenance today and he is superb! He was on time, friendly, and told me exactly what he was going to do. He even helped with our thermostat that we are having issues with. Super kind and helpful! 10/10 recommend.

Aaron and Daniel did a great job communicating that work that needed to be done on our A/C service. Showed up on time and finished the work efficiently.
The service tech was more interested in selling instead of repairing the united. He put freon into the system and now the outside system is making a horrible hissing noise,when they unit never had any such noises. I wouldn't recommend them.
They did a great job. Quick response and on time. They did finish the job excellence. I will recommend them to any one and continue using them next time.

Working with Henry's was a pleasure. Everything was explained, executed and finished very well. Two of the men stayed well past quitting time to make sure the system was working correctly. They cleaned up everything and there was only tiny bits of insulation that made it's way down into the garage. I especially appreciated Clay's assistance with navigating the finance part of the job.
Installed new(2) Respicaire units. Very knowledgeable and kind.
