Excellent customer service!
Mr. Arnett and his team were timely and professional, thorough, and saved me from this Hot Houston summer. I had such a bad experience with other HVAC companies and they were the epitome of professional!! I will continue to use them in the future and refer my friends and family to them.

Of course my AC goes out while I’m working nights and my wife and daughter now has no AC at home, So I’m now on Goggle looking for all the 24/7 HVAC companies that’ll go and see if they can fix it, after spending about an hour on the phone calling every one I can, Anton answers at 1AM and takes the call,, drives out 30 mins to my house and only took him 5 mins to find a blown fuse, but the fuse blew because of a failed circuit board that unfortunately he did not have, ended up waiting for the business to open at 8AM to get it and come back to my address to install it,,, was done by 10AM, price was great, good guy to talk to, we’ll definitely be calling this company from now on, thanks for every thing,,

AC wasn’t working & called out Arnett Mechanical. Found them on Google. Found the problem & had us back cooling. Great service & price. Highly recommend!!
I called Arnett Mechanical at 9am and Anton was at my house by 10, and he quickly diagnosed my freezing compressor as a failed blower motor. He tried to get a warranty claim to save me some money, but sadly my furnace wasn't registered. Still, he found the part in-stock in town and had me back up and running a few hours later. While I would have preferred a less expensive service (we all would), I could tell he ruled out other less costly fixes that wouldn't have helped, and he did patch up some incorrect wiring from the previous owners. I appreciated the quick service and for him recognizing service men and women and teachers. I'm always grateful when a local/small business looks out for others, and I will be happy to call him again if I need future HVAC service.
Anton is awesome. He is always responsive, checks warranties and provides details assessments and recommendations. He is my go to HVAC professional.

The technician was very knowledgeable he answered all my questions and was on time.
I was trying to find a Carrier dealership who would help me with product registration to cover my warranty. I called probably 5-6 dealers but mostly we’re answering machines or call center that I have to wait for a call back. But Anton, the owner, readily answered. And PATIENTLY waited for me to climb to my attic and helping me identify the unit and guiding me through it. He had me send a picture of the unit and he sent it back pointing to the correct one. I am so very thankful for the owner. If he has patience in small things, he will be patient in big things. May God bless you and your business more Sir!
I reached out and they were able to send someone out within an hour to check out my A/C system, which was not cooling the house properly. The issues was thoroughly explained and fixed swiftly. I would highly recommend contacting them for A/C issues.
