The technician was amazing to work with — from system inspection and replacement estimate through installation. He was able to provide an estimate meaningfully below other two other companies I consulted and with no sacrifice on quality of product. He was easily accessible and communicative throughout the whole process and always open to and patient with my questions. In all it only took 5 days to have a new installed Bryant hvac system— from consultation to completion. Thank you to Crown Heating And Cooling :)

The two guys who showed up did a great job, explained everything well, solved some unforeseen problems and even vacuumed when they were done. As a single home owner who knows nothing about this sort of thing, I felt very comfortable and that I was treated fairly. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
We are very grateful that these guys were able to come out late fix our AC. They were very professional and polite. They managed to fix our AC quickly and kept us in the loop of what was going on the entire time. They went above and beyond what he needed to do. I hope our AC stays working and we won't need you out again, but if there is ever any maintenance I know who I will be asking for. Thank you so much for your professionalism!
Crown Heating And Cooling team have serviced and or installed heating and air conditioning units in three of our rentals, our son's home, and our home over the past five years. Three new furnaces, three new refrigerated air conditioners, a rebuilt furnace, and (I almost forgot) one hot water heater. We have not had a single issue and would not use any other company. Five stars all the way

Today. My A/C decided to malfunction. I called Crown Heating And Cooling came with in a couple of hours to fix the problem. He was so courteous, professional, explained my options and then fixed the problem when we agreed on the course of action. He was a pleasure to work with and I think everyone at this company for their polite and prompt service.

They have serviced our home for more than 2 years and consistently have taken care of both the rare emergency when compressors fail or unit replacement to regular maintenance. They are honest, reliable, and responsive.

They did a wonderful job explaining the equipment and services Apex provides. I felt comfortable asking questions and not pressured at all. The install of my furnace and AC was seamless. I would have never known they were here except for a shiny new furnace and AC. Thanks for helping me out!
I made an appointment with this company a couple weeks in advance to fix my heater. Took the day off work to be there. The day came and no one showed up. I called three times and each time was told someone would call me back. They’ve now wasted my whole day, my heater is still not working and they can’t even be bothered to call me back. I look forward recommending literally anyone else next time anyone I know needs work done. Avoid this company if you value your time.
My air duct was looking very dirty and unkempt. I called Crown Heating And Cooling to get it cleaned pretty quick.They promptly responded to my call,scheduled me an appointment and set a great technician to come and solve my problem They were very professional and helpful! Their prices were fair. Highly recommend their services.

The technician came the same day I called to have the system checked. Very thorough and pinpointed the problem. The next appointment on the second day after that was done due to a full understandable schedule completed as promised. Highly recommended.
We had Crown Heating And Cooling do some maintenance after a referral from a friend who is a contractor and said we could trust them. They were very considerate, respectful when entering our home, and never try to up-sell us on stuff we don't need. These guys are the real deal!!

They were terrific! I made a call in the morning and informed them of my air conditioner issue.Got lucky to have the same day appointment. Allan called and said he would be here in 30 minutes and for sure he was. He was friendly and informative, took enough time to do a great job and seemed to know exactly what was the problem and how to fix it. I was very pleased with the service and it was a pleasure working with them.
I wish all businesses had this kind of customer service. These guys are hard-working, kind, fast and thorough. After we received a new unit from them, my husband mentioned it to a co-worker. Five of his co-workers have called Crown Heating And Cooling based on our experience, and they have exceeded expectations every time. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Called at 1130am. Was told I would receive a call from a technician within 3 hours. 5pm. No call back. I called again. Person answering the phone said they would reach out to the tech again. It's now 630pm. No call. Moving on to someone else who wants my business.
