Really enjoyed the experience provided by Tim and the MATCO Services team. Tim was professional, timely, and did a nice job of overviewing what we needed without any pressure to expand the scope of the project beyond what was necessary. His crew showed up when they were supposed to, did a great job, and they have already responded within 24 hours to make a few minor adjustments after we've had a full day to see how the system works.
Garrett Forbes and his MATCO team did an excellent job installing our new A/C unit. Garrett and his team were polite, friendly, very respectful of our home and the cleaned up was outstanding!
Garrett and his crew did an awesome job replacing our entire HVAC system. They worked quickly but paid attention to detail, cleaning up after the job and confirming that we understood how to operate our new thermostat, replace the filter, etc. I highly recommend Matco and Garrett's crew.
We have used Matco Services for way over 20 years. This Company is A-one, never any problems at all. Always fast friendly service. The Office staff and Technicians are so attentive to your every need. Richie, has come to our home on several occasions for service. He is so knowledgeable, explains everything to you. He is an exemplary employee for Matco Services. We are very happy customers.
Richie Mayer came out at 1130pm the night before Mother’s Day and got me fixed up in an hour. Can’t recommend them enough! Great people and great work!
My two kids and I were miserable in our 80° house. I was in 'stressed out panic mom mode' because I knew it was time to replace the whole unit. And then.... TIM. It was seamless from the initial conversation to the moment his crew walked out of our 68° ice cold house! They were respectful, punctual, kind, and efficient. Tim and his crew are truly an asset to this company, and I hope they will be recognized for their exceptional work. Thank you for being a blessing to us!
Praise to Matco services! This has to be the best, most Profesional company I've ever had to deal with. Had an issue with my a.c. so I had called them..... The tech that showed up was on time. Profesional and friendly! He quickly found the problem and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Richie!!! You're a life saver! I will recommend Matco to anyone who asks me about who I use.
I couldn't be more happy with Matco Services. When our 20-year old furnace died, they came out the same day I called and gave me the options, prices, and recommendations. I decided to go with a new furnace, and they were able to install it the very next day. The were very professional and did a great job at a fair price.
Matco Services is a great company! Their maintenance tech Max is professional and really knowledgeable! You can really tell he has each client's best interest in mind!
I had the best technician experience! Richard came to my aid due to an old A/C unit not working properly. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it promptly. I'm renting and He made sure to warn me about the botched wiring in the attic. He was very thorough and I appreciate the suggestions and patience.
After two different companies not exactly good experiences. My neighbor referred me Matco Services. They answered immediately and sent Santiago. He made the diagnosis and explained the failure to me in detail. The best thing was that he solved the problem for good. I definitely recommend them and always ask that they send Santiago. In Texas it is important to have a reliable air conditioning technical service and I already found mine.

I was having issues with my air conditioner and called another company. It was really difficult to get someone to show up. When I called Matco Services, I felt welcome and I'm thankful for the service. Thank you Santiago for being so kind and helping us. Santiago is the best!
Has to get my Condenser replaced. Carson was super helpful and knowledgeable while answering my questions. He got the job done quickly and I haven’t had any issues since. Definitely quality repair. 10/10

I needed routine maintenance performed on my unit that is 10 years old. I reached out to Matco and they were able to have a tech come out that same day. Garrett was great! he was knowledgeable, professional and overall was able to save me some money! Definitely recommend these guys - they do fantastic work and never once did I feel like I was being "sold" on any unnecessary services.
Justin Forbes was excellent in explaining what was needed to repair my A/C Unit. He had me back up & running within the Hour. Very grateful with a family of 8. Thank You Justin. I definitely recommend Matco Services !
Austin and Ryan saved the day! My heating went out and they were able to assess the issue, get a new thermostat installed, and perform much needed maintenance on my system. At their suggestion, I am now scheduled for the twice a year maintenance plan. Thank you guys!
My experience using Matco Services was amazing! Garrett was professional and willing to help in a timely manner. We had an issue with our AC working properly and as a mom I knew we needed it fixed quick. Our AC wasn’t cooling properly in our new house and Garrett diagnosed it right away. It needed a new thermostat. He was in and out and in no time we had it working again. I’m very thankful for his prompt diagnosis and quality work. Would 10/10 recommend!
Justin Forbes came and installed a smart thermostat that I can control from my phone. He showed me how to use the app and was very helpful. Highly recommend using matco services.
