Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning were on time and did a professional job installing the new Trane equipment. Corey provided a quote with a wide range of options and we chose the option best for us.
Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning came out on a Sunday to repair our AC. It was a record Summer temperature and the technician was informative and completed the job within the timeframe provided. Highly recommend and will call on them in the future.
I called these guys on a very busy weekend because my AC at my business was down, Caliber Heating & Air Conditioni came and fixed everything the same day. Price was low compare to other companies i contacted. Very friendly and low price, will definitely call again! Thanks!
Called Caliber, they subcontracted my smaller project out to a pair of guys who were not very professional. Am giving a bad review because I paid for caliber to essentially pay someone else to fix my electrical problem. Thanks for that.
I started using this company earlier this year. I have had them out to my house twice to maintenance/repair my older unit.They know what they are doing and offered suggestions on extending the life of my system. I highly recommend this company.
Poor service. Did not show up as scheduled. Rescheduled for following day - another no-show. AVOID
Mark came out to perform routine maintenance on my AC unit. He was professional, advised what he was doing each step of the way, and gave me a rundown of what he found when he was done. I would definitely recommend Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning, 5 stars all the way.
BE WARNED: I called for an air conditioning repair. We made an appointment, they put me on the schedule for 2:00 PM... I turned down the other companies that called me after this because apparently, I was all set.... I called back at 3:30 PM (no technician yet) and they said "the technician did not take the job"... My issue with this companies, is that they do not take any responsibility for the business they sale. I would love for the owner to hear this, but according to the operator, they answer to a "system"... not sure what to make of that. I called another technician, and he agreed to come in the evening, and said "they do that all the time, not sure how they remain in business anymore".
I was impressed with the Salesman from Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning, who explained everything to me in detail. The installers,, worked diligently together to install the furnace. They were efficient and left everything neat and tidy. After the installation was complete, They explained the setting & use of the new thermostat and the upkeep of the new air cleaning system.
Techs were both courteous and professional. Martin explained what they would be doing, and quickly went to work on the furnace. I was also given information on other products offered through Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning, as well as, safety concerns to avoid. I appreciated their fast and friendly service.

Josh and John came over to help fix my heating. They were on time, and kept me informed of their progress throughout the visit. They were also really professional, and went out of their way to protect my floors by wearing boot-covers. I was beyond satisfied with the work they did to get my heat working again. Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning will be my "go to" for any future needs.
Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning responded to our problem immediately and professionally. We had a 5 year old HVAC system with a heat pump that stopped working. Their technician came out and diagnosed the problem; the air handler had a bad blower motor and control board.Their friendly staff ordered the part and had it fixed the same day.System is now working the way it should be.
Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning was a great find. Josh and his team were very thorough, up front and open about everything they thought might be going on with my AC and what they wanted to do. Though diagnosis took some time but they were able to locate the problem. They took care of the problem and explained to me my options for the immediate present and long term life of my unit. Prices were extremely reasonable and service was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better service.
