I had an emergency AC problem during the worst (I hope) of the heat wave. KAS had someone out to investigate the day I called. Price was significantly less than I had feared, and the gent who did the work left no trash in my attic - a first in my experience!
Update 06/24: AC was not working at all so I called KW Air Solutions and Chris came out and found the pan to be full. It took him 15 minutes to find the problem and fix it. He was so nice and knowledgeable.The price was spot on too! I have been using them for the past 4 years and I will only use KW Air Solutions for my AC and heating needs. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend them. AC was not cooling as it should. Taylor with Kingwood Air Solutions came out and was very informative about my AC . I had alot of questions and he answered them all. He was very courteous and patient. What I really appreciate is the courtesy call before he came out. I made sure to get one of his cards so I can ask for him specifically if needed. I would definitely use them again.

Professional and thorough. Polite and willing to explain at my level how to best care for my AC unit. Did not try and sell me something I didn’t need. Definitely will use them again.

Lost ac unit due to storm. In one day, had technician at house, diagnose problem, and then had crew install new condenser. Owner even came out with crew to talk with us and supervise new installation. Been using Kingwood Air for 13 yrs. Technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I like to ask lots of questions and they are always patient to share knowledge, findings, options. Highly dependable and trustworthy. Local family business. Don’t call anyone else!
I called a company in Nov. 2022 to look at my heating system issues. They were very thorough and explained everything. I liked the company so much I made sure to pick them again when my AC went out after a storm in June 2023. Different technician but the exact same excellent service, extremely kind and thoroughly explained everything. I so appreciated their service both times I will make sure they are my go to company if/when I ever need service.
AC Had been out for a week, Adam, came out, was honest and professional! The crew was here in half an hour, and went right to work. The entire crew is down to earth and hard working. Adam pointed out things other companies had not mentioned. Recommend to everyone!!!!
I called thinking they probably would schedule for the next day since it was like 45 minutes till closing but was surprised to be told they would send a tech over. He arrived after quitting time and fixed my incredibly loud circulating fan motor. This is the second time we have used this company and it won't be the last. Fantastic customer service and honest technicians. Adam was really awesome.
