I had this company come out when my furnace was not working. I had this problem before, so I told John Kirkpatrick what was wrong. He insisted that it was just a couple of wires that needed replacing. He charged me over $200 just to change out two wires. Sure enough it didn't fix the problem. When I called him and told him the furnace still wasn't working he said he would come out at no charge and look at it. Sure enough it needed a gas valve just like I said. He charged me over $300 again. I called the BBB on him and got some of the money back, but not all of it. He is a very dishonest man. Do not use him.
