Was very satisfied with the service. Quickly identified and repaired the issues. Andy was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Was very pleased that he came as quickly as he did since it was the evening before July 4th.
Tech did an awesome job and was honest and fair.
I had my AC looked up before summer and Carl was great. Additionally, Robert came to my home to give me a second opinion on replacing an AC unit and was up front about cost and necessity. In the service industry, honesty is sometimes hard to come by and I felt both employees were up front and honest.
Our guy arrived early and saved us the late evening fee. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and I will be calling Total Air in the future for our HVAC needs. Many Thanks!
$169.00 just to come out which was not deducted from the service. They needed to return to fix the issue & wanted to charge another fee to return & fix the issue they found. Called another service who found my problem in 15 minutes, fixed it and were done. For far less cost.
The guys spent a great deal of time just cleaning the outside unit and made sure everything was perfect!
They used to be our go to AC company until recently. They did a poor install on a brand new unit causing water to leak from our ceiling. Unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Didn’t take responsibility for the damage they caused. It’s been 3 weeks. They dried and re insulated the plenum and it started leaking water from our ceiling 3 days later. Thankfully we didn’t have the ceiling repaired by their vendor immediately as they requested.
Their service exceeded my expectations. In a time when other companies were scheduling appointments for next week due to overwhelming demand, Total Air went above and beyond to accommodate our needs promptly. From the moment I contacted Total Air, their team displayed professionalism and a genuine desire to help. The person who answered my call was attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They understood the urgency of the situation and assured me that they would do their best to assist us as soon as possible. To my surprise, Total Air managed to fit us into their busy schedule the same day. This level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.
Both the technician and salesman were wonderful. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business!!!

My technician was Rudy. Rudy was professional, polite and informative. He quickly completed the service call for spring maintenance and then went above and beyond my expectation by removing the leaves from the heat pump and washing out the accumulated dirt. He also let me know there was mold in the drainage lines and installed a product to keep them open for a year

Justin was on time and provided excellent service. He leveled my AC unit and cleaned out the lines. Very customer friendly and very trust worthy. I definitely will renew my service company with this company.
Ryan did an excellent job doing a service maintenance on HVAC system. He did such a fantastic job and spent over 2 hours taking care of everything. This was the first time that I used them and I am impressed.
We needed our a/c units checked, 1 not working, the other 2 looked at. I got an honest estimate to fix issue, and it did not cost me a new unit, for which I was expecting. They are professional, and reasonable. Would reccomend. Thank you

We have been a loyal customer for many years. Their charges for coming to inspect the problem at the resident is way above market value. Unsatisfied with the cost.. even with inflation. when other companies are consistently 30 to 50 dollars less this is a complete ripoff. Watch them as they sold me a cheap capacitor even though it was under the unit warranty. Will NOT be using them!!!!k When I spoke to the manager, he wanted me to enroll in a maintenance plan.. and give them more money..UGH. What a bunch of crock! Complete RIP OFF!!

Total Air & Heat will always be my service provider of choice for HVAC needs. They are professional, responsive, provide exceptional quality service and offer great value. I currently don’t live in the DFW area, but own a rental property that I am always confident they will handle all issues timely and communicate with me promptly. Highly recommend them.
