We have used Premium Heating & Cooling Repair for all our HVAC needs for several years. They are always quick to respond to our requests, come when they say they will come and do what they say they will do. All their technicians know what they are doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I have used Premium Heating & Cooling Repair company twice and they are now my permanent HVAC company. They are able to get someone out when you need it and timely as well. The prices that they charge are more than fair. 5 stars may not be enough.
We have had a contract with Premium Heating & Cooling Repair for 5 years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are "up-selling" us.
I had Mike from Premium Heating & Cooling Repair come out to give me a second opinion on a couple of quotes for repairs I had received the previous day from an A/C repair company. It was so worth the service fee! Walter checked everything very thoroughly while explaining to me the reason behind checking. I found out that the repairs that I was told were needed from the previous company were not needed, saving me dollars. Mike and Premium will be my heating and cooling service company from now on. Our AC was leaking under our carpet and into our floor when it would run. In temps over 100 degrees, not having AC is miserable. Premium Heating & Cooling Repair sent us a technician within 24 hours of calling. Greg figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. He gave us good options on pricing and we are so happy to have our AC back. Premium had been referred to us by a friend whom we trust and we were glad we called them.
Since I've been with Premium Heating & Cooling Repair for more than 20 years, they've consistently been prompt, dependable, and I feel like they aren't attempting to take advantage of you. When I updated my furnace and ac two years ago, the pricing and service were excellent. annual upkeep completed promptly and competently. knowledgeable and skilled technicians. I haven't even considered using another company.
Tyler, the Premium Heating & Cooling Repair technician, identified the issue as a shorting wire from the thermostat to the furnace and went over several solutions. A wireless thermostat was the best solution for us, and one was bought so that we wouldn't have to cut into any walls or ceilings. Tyler installed the base unit and wireless thermostat when they were delivered, making ensuring that access would be adequate for any future repairs or modifications. After checking the system, Tyler cleared away all of the trash. Now that the weather is getting colder, we appreciate this repair.

Ivan, our technician, took it upon himself to call the business's owner after learning that I hadn't noticed a difference in the air quality following the installation of the units. He then went out and bought the same units he uses in his own home and completed the installation for free. Wow. I'm now a customer for life because of that fantastic customer service. I've utilized Premium Heating & Cooling Repair twice, and each time, I have nothing but praise for the assistance I received. It was Ivan who handled repairs. He was punctual, polite, and considerate enough to wear shoe covers within the house. Bringing the gas line to the heater up to code wasn't a major job, but they performed an excellent job and explained why it needed to be piped the way they did.
