One of my tenants took the time to send me a note about their experience with Dragon Air. “The A/C company was in yesterday for preventive maintenance and unclogged one of the drain pipes. Whatever company you used was great. Polite, knowledgeable and great communication”.
Dragon Air Services has been nothing but AWESOME! Honesty is definitely something this company shows. Never once did they ever try to up sale us on anything. Why since i 1st hired them I haven’t gone with another company.
I have never seen a Google rated business with 100% perfect reviews, so I had to give this company a chance to win my business, which they did, with flying colors. I decided to go with Dragon AC to replace my 22 year old AC and furnace units and upgrade my duct configuration after the owner of the company (Dragan) spent about two hours at my home, analyzing the current situation and how best to fix me up going forward, within my limited budget. The install process is underway now, as I write this review, and it has already vastly exceeded my expectations after less than six hours of progress, with a crew of several (more than five, plus Dragan supervising, coordinating the operation) working efficiently and courteously toward the completion of the project. He even coordinated a plumber that he works closely with to do the related work that requires a licensed plumber. (6/23 update) I've had the system for over a year and a half now, and the system and regular maintenance has continued to exceed all my expectations and dreams for this company. Highly recommended for any new system, repair, or maintenance work, one of the best companies I have ever worked with.
We have 2 units and we had Dragon Air replace one that broke down two summers ago. They were great in service, professionalism, and price. We knew our 2nd unit was getting up in age and may break down, so we decided to replace it last month when it was not an emergency. Braden and his team did an excellent job in explaining everything, getting everything done timely, and being very professional and helpful with all questions we had. I would highly recommend Dragan and Braden for their wonderful service, and the whole team at Dragon Air Services.

Highly recommend Dragon Air. I have utilized their service multiple times over the past few years and they are extremely professional. They do the job right and take care of their customers. Ryan did a great job with installing a new AC/furnace system on one of my properties recently and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and the final product. You will not be disappointed if you call them for any HVAC services.
Incredibly impressed and pleased with Dragon Air Services, and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the DFW for home air services. The AC system went out for our upstairs unit, and I originally called one of the large companies that covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. After their assessment, they said that it would cost $5k to repair and $10k to replace everything with new equipment. After they saw the AC unit was an older system, all of their recommendations were going towards purchasing the new unit. Kept saying things along the lines of "don't sink money into a dying system" and "with this pricey of a repair, you might as well just buy a new system". I called Dragon Air Services to get a second opinion and after their assessment, they were able to fix the issue and getting everything up and running again for $400 (couple of new capacitors). At no point did they pressure me into buying a new system and used the phrase "lets try to get a couple more years out of that unit before pulling the trigger on a new system". Dragon Air came into my home with the intention to fix my existing system, not sell me a new one. For that they have won all my future business related to HVAC. Recommend them to anyone looking for an honest family owned business that has their customer's best interests at heart.
We have used Dragon Air Services for years, from replacing an entire HVAC system to repairing old systems. They are excellent at what they do. They are very honest, they stand behind their work, and their prices are the best we have seen. The five stars are truly earned.
Called Dragon when my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. They came quickly (on a weekend) and worked a long time to try and get them running again. When they couldnt get them working, they gave me a good price on a new system. They got me on the install schedule quickly and did the work in a single day. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for service in the future. Ryan and Braiden were excellent during the whole process.
Best choice for any HVAC related issues. Used other companies for years and was greatly disappointed by all the up-sell each time they came out. Decided to go with Dragon Air when I needed to replace my entire unit. Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Also, they do it right by securing the proper city permits. The other guys do not, which is concerning as a homeowner. Will be only using Dragon Air for all future HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.

Called these guys when my heater quit and they were very responsive and professional. They have tons of 5 star reviews and it is easy to see why. They are the best - will definetly use them again if needed.
Definitely hard nowadays to find a quality AC company that is reliable and punctual. Dragon Air does that with no frills. I’ll be staying with them for years to come, entrusting em with maintenance and repairs!
Dragan and his team were simply superb and did an excellent job with my A/C replacement despite it being a complicated, multi-step process in a historic home with very tight spaces. When my upstairs A/C wasn't cooling adequately during the peak of Texas summer, Dragan came out and did some basic troubleshooting while cleaning my unit to maximize its performance. He diagnosed that my compressor had gone bad, and judging from our old inspection reports, it was likely installed that way when my house was renovated by a prior owner. The unit was only two years old but the prior contractor hadn't registered the warranty so only the part (not labor) would be free. I really appreciated that Dragan gave me multiple options and was always cost conscious with no upsell whatsoever, which I really appreciated. His estimates were clear, and he was always willing to give his opinion and answer my many questions. Having direct access to the business owner was fantastic and made this job a breeze. I decided to replace the entire system rather than throw money at fixing the existing poorly installed unit, and I'm so glad I did. I also appreciated that his estimate had line items for each part, and the parts that weren't needed (like replacing my furnace vent) were removed from the final total. You can tell Dragan is honest, well-priced, and cares about his customers. The project also required re-doing some ductwork, as the sloppy install by the prior team meant my son's room sounded like an airplane was taking off while the rest of the area supplied by that unit wouldn't get cool. Dragan made multiple trips to my house as I had walls removed, adjusted stud spacing, opened soffits, etc. in order to access the very cramped mechanical chase and ductwork that was mostly walled in by the previous contractors. He was willing to put up with my many change requests as we worked to optimize the system in what little space we had. This review is long overdue, but at the time (Summer/Fall 2
I have a very old Lennox system that stopped blowing heat when we had the recent winter storm. Alex came out the same day and fixed it. The heater stopped working again on Saturday evening and Alex came out Sunday afternoon and fixed it. Everything is back to normal and my family couldn't be happier. He never tried to upsell me or charge for anything extra. Fast and reliable with VERY reasonable rates. I will never go to another hvac company again! Cannot recommend Dragon enough! Customer for life! A++++
We rent a home and started smelling something off coming through our vents. Our landlord called and made an appointment with Dragon Air and they were here in a matter of 2 hours with the problem diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes! Incredibly nice, honest, considerate, and knowledgeable staff all around! Not to mention this was on the first day back after the most recent freeze - a busy time for them! We will not hesitate to use Dragon Air for future maintenance and repairs of our HVAC system.

My parents have used them for long time. And when my heater went out I called my mom to get their number and they had someone out within hours. They worked hard and to get the part need to get my unit fixed before the part store closed for the weekend. They were able to get the part and my system running the next morning. They were very fair with their prices. I will definitely be using them again.
