Quick and to the point -- identified a blown capacitor and replaced it within 30 minutes. They did a same day visit and I couldn't be happier!
Great experience with Panda. I contacted them for a/c repair and they were able to come out the following morning (on a Sunday). Got me fixed easily.

Over priced. I bought a new house and one room wasn’t getting enough heat. I didn’t realize that room had 2 vents he charged me $160 just to open the vent up!

They were quick to respond, within a couple of hours to my Thumbtack request, Jason came to my house on time, he was professional and did the check/fix that was required. He did caution me that the problem can recur in the future but said he thought we should be fine for now. I would hire them again.
The company contacted me right away and a service tech was here the next day. A little pricey but within a few minutes the fuse was replaced and the unit started. Good job !

Charged top dollar for after market parts that broke down within 2 months of replacing. Terrible company all around after canceling multiple appointments on me the contractor Jason actually called to threaten me when they failed to hold appointment.
The whole Panda team is great to work with. They replaced my AC and furnace in no time!! Jason and Jessica were all wonderful people to work with. Jason was really professional and on time and you can tell he wants the best for his customers and wants customers for life. I am definitely one now!! Our AC unit stopped cooling our house although the fan was still working. I put a request in and received a call from this company 5 minutes later. The repair technician arrived at our house in the next 20 mins. He diagnosed the problem and repaired our capacitor in 10 minutes. Our AC started working immediately, before he left. This company was very professional and timely! Highly recommend!
This service was for a commercial property. I was able to get a same day appointment which was important because the business is a small gym, Curves. It is very important in our small space to have good air flow. They are good at updating when they will arrive. Jason was very nice,professional and able to solve our problem and get the cool air flowing again. We will definitely have Panda as our first choice for any commercial or residential.
Used thumbtack to find this place! Had a terrible quote with one company and got a second opinion. GLAD I DID! Jason the tech literally came within 30mins of me calling and got the issue taken care I’m just another 30mins. When I eventually replace my unit I will be using Panda heating and cooling for sure! Got a new loyal customer!
