Aaron got here first thing in the morning and made repairs. He also let us know what we need moving forward.
Aaron did a great job by first diagnosing the problem and then getting the broken parts from a nearby store. After coming back and installing the new parts he made sure no further problem that would break them and they would last. On the same day we got to enjoy the cool breeze again. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend this service.

I don’t know what to say except RUNAWAY!! After contacting them to come check our brand new system they installed a year and half ago. We noticed there’s dripping under the unit (still under warranty) . The technician informed us that since it’s under warranty we won’t have to pay for parts but we have to pay for labor and that will cost $3500 for a three hour job. My husband proceeded to ask the technician if they can give us a written estimate, to our shock the technician Ryan turned away and went running for the door without giving us an excuse because we were still talking. I don’t know how to read that except for that they are unprofessional, no respect for their client. Those units cost us thirteen thousand and to be treated like that is so unacceptable. I will never use On The Spot Hvac.
We had On the Spot HVAC install a new heating and A/C system in our home. Every employee of this company was very knowledgeable and willing to answer our question before the work was started. On the day of installation I had some questions regarding the products being installed at our home. I receive a call back from the owner Cody with answers to all my question. We were told that the dampers would have to be adjusted 2-3 days after install. Some of the rooms were very cool and others were warm. Cody and one of his lead techs Brian came back to the house and made all the needed adjustments. Now the house is cooler than it has ever been. We have also had follow up calls from Cody and Mitchell to make sure our system is running correctly. If you are looking for a new system or need service take the time to call On the Spot HVAC.
Great Service. We did a full replacement on two units and all new duct work. We had a crew of 8 people at our home and they knocked it out well before the end of the workday. Units are working very well. Great pricing, would highly recommend.
Was able to do the job a day early as our old Heat Pump had died. The new Trane system is MUCH quieter than the old Trane system as the indoor unit is located in a hallway closet. The cooling feels better than the old system.
Air Conditioner went out on Father’s Day and they came out within an hour of my call. Unfortunately, we needed a new system. They arrived on time with full crew and replaced everything in just a matter of hours. Great Job!!
Cody and team were professional. They were on time, clean and tried to meet all my requests with my AC replacement. Their service has 10-year full warranty. I will see how that goes.

Best HVAC company in DFW. I received quotes from 5 different companies for the replacement of our unit. We needed new HVAC. These guys were extremely competitive. I was concerned about whether the quality of equipment or work might be lacking since the pricing was lower than other companies. They were super knowledgeable and very honest about the pros and cons of other options. After reading all the 5-star reviews and based on my conversations with their team we moved forward with On The Spot. I could not be happier!!! The installed HVAC everything with excellence but the biggest thing was the follow-up and attention to our satisfaction.

I had a full system installed including ductwork in late 2019. All was well untill last year (2022) when I had water drip into bedroom ceiling. I made sure drains were clear and damp area did not return, so I thought all was good. Wrong!! The problem returned this year, and I checked a little deeper. Turns out the unit was not installed level and water drains off the back of the drain pan! The entire unit is saturated in areas never meant to get wet! On the Spot sent a tech, and initially I was told they would come the next day to level the unit and possibly replace saturated insulation. As a side note, I am a professional remodeler andI've referred several of my clients for both repair or replacement. Big surprise, nobody comes and no calls. I finally got a response from the tech who said they "changed their mind" because it was 3+ yrs after install. I'm sorry, but incorrect installation is STILL incorrect, even if I didn't catch you at it! I will NOT be referring this company in the future - right is right and wrong is wrong.
