Alex and his partner backfilled the hole once it was inspected. He kept us updated on the status before and after the inspector arrived. We are pleased with the service provided.
Beware of your words- I've use them before and was pleased- But NOT this time- I called to have a few items fixed that were on a home sale inspection list- leaky faucet, switch/sensor for fireplace- they informed me that would have to do an entire inspection for $395.00 to fix anything-WOW!!!! I understand looking things over for an estimate but requiring a whole house plumbing inspection for $395- I didn't ask for an inspection I asked for a leaky faucet to be fixed - No future relationship with Milestone for me..
I called Milestone on Monday regarding two clogged toilets. Milestone was able to send out Johnathan Almanza the next morning. Johnathan arrived at my home ready to troubleshoot the issue. Johnathan was attentive as I explained my plumbing concerns. After the consultation, Jonathan went straight to work. It was nice to be in the loop of things as the technician was working. Johnathan explained every detail from start to finish. At the end of service, I had two functional toilets working again. Thank you, Milestone, for sending such a well trained and very professional technician. My family is truly pleased with the service provided by Johnathan and Milestone.

Jonathan and his partner were extremely helpful. They were friendly and had great customer service. They fixed our clogged sink and leaky pipe "in a flash"!
They installed our AC in ‘16 and have been nothing but professional and timely ever since. After 9 yrs the thermostat broke mid-summer; they were out same day for a fix and even under warranty. We’ve had them out for other electrical needs as well. This is not a low cost provider but their service and expertise is worth every penny and then some.
Judson pointed EVERYTHING that was either a problem or potential problem. He was very knowledgeable of his work and of the various units. Judson was patient and trained Evan extensively. He was honest and gave a very thorough overview.
Justin was great. Very professional and should be an ambassador for Milestone. Justin explained everything up front, we agreed on a plan and then he diagnosed the electrical issue and made the repair. In addition to making the repair he hooked me up for a garage door appointment.
Jon came out to our house to evaluate our water system for installation of a whole house, water treatment and filtration system. He was very detailed in his evaluation of our existing system. He pointed out some important corrections that we should consider and he provided a thorough and clear estimate for what a water treatment system would cost. Overall, I am always impressed by Milestone and their employees. This is a top-notch company. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them.

I contacted Milestone, due to my former warranty company (American Homeshield) not being able to provide service for our a/c until 10 days in the Texas heat. Milestone provided stellar customer service and my experience with this company has been hands-down exceptional. I will definitely recommend this company to any family member or friend. Felt they were honest and fair. Gave me relevant information and didn’t rush me into make a decision right away. Our home is 7 years old. So we understand some things are going to come up. Johnnie and his team member were extremely professional.
Jacob was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC unit and provided a really cool video explanation and lots of pictures meanwhile while we are on vacation half way around the world
I needed some questionable pergola wiring replaced. Steven was able to assess the existing setup, and then suggested and implemented a far better and safer solution that was customized to meet all of my needs, including current code requirements. He was attentive and courteous, worked quickly and professionally, and cleaned up completely when finished. Highest possible recommendation!

Had a great experience with Milestone - they sent out Michael Conner who really knew his stuff. He quickly found the electrical problem, and even pointed out a few safety issues I hadn't noticed. Their team was good at keeping me updated and Michael showed up right when they said he would. All in all, I'm really happy with the work and would definitely recommend Milestone if you need a dependable hand with your electrical issues.
The customer service with Milestone is top notch. Tech came out and assessed the situation quickly as well as physically showing me the issues. Install of the entire system was fast and done perfectly. They exceeded my expectations and my family will be using them for years to come.
