This AC Service is a KEEPER, came out same day. I called and they repaired my AC unit. Best AC service I’ve ever called.
Todd at Kool Koncepts is the best! He was able to fix my A/C unit for a great price, while everyone else wanted to replace it. He was patient and diligent in diagnosing the problem and ultimately was able to successfully fix it and save me thousands!!

I called Todd to get a second opinion on an issue with one of my units. He arrived within a couple of hours and gave me a thorough breakdown of what was happening. After his diagnosis and the options, Todd made us feel very comfortable with the offered solution. The installation was smooth, and therefore Kool Koncepts will forever be our HVAC company. Todd came by at 6pm to fix our AC. He successfully fixed it and explained what happened. Very easy to work with!
His pricing is fair and he stands behind his work. We had a minor issue with a drain line after installation and he came right out and fixed it. Update: We had a problem develop on some older equipment which was installed by a different HVAC company. Todd came out on a weekend, fixed the problem quickly, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I can’t say enough good things about this company. These days it seems like everyone tries to take advantage of everyone else, so it’s nice to work with honest professionals who are good at their job. Thanks again, Todd.
Todd had done work for us last year and did a great job! This year I have left two VM and not even an acknowledgment. Moving on to somebody else.
What a pleasure it was to work with Kool Koncepts. Called Todd and spoke to him about the problem we were having with our AC. He said he would be out in a couple of hours to look at the system and do some diagnostics. He arrived as scheduled, determined the problem and gave us options for fixing. We ended up with a new compressor with a very fair price. The installation was fast and smooth and we couldn't be happier with the service and the cost. We will be using Kool Koncepts in the future.
Called Friday morning to have someone check my AC. My call went to voicemail and I left a message. I received a text a few minutes later stating " Afraid I'm not available today...very sorry. Koolkoncepts." Whoever sent the text didn't bother to (A) let me know when they WILL BE available and (B) didn't call back or text either. So they lost a potential customer. Some of these 5 Star ratings must be BOGUS! So they definitely lost a new customer as I scheduled with someone else. I anticipated they would be busy and couldn't come same day. Maybe he didn't like the sound of my voice.

Kool Koncepts delivered on every aspect of customer service; including professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness. Todd Finley came through on every detail that was initially quoted and discussed. Crew was very respectful of our home and cleaned up to the point that you couldn’t tell they were in our home. Outside area picked up with no hint of installation ever took place. Given full explanation of new equipment, new thermostat, cleared drains (which was way overdue), improved previous space in attic for new equipment, etc... Did everything you would do yourself provided you knew what you were doing. Top Notch, HIGHLY recommended!!!!
We trust Todd and crew with ALL our A/C work on our rental properties and our residence. Service is on-time, performed within scope and in budget. We never have to worry about things being overlooked or finished sloppily as we experienced with other contractors. I won’t work with anybody else.
