Had an issue with my furnace. An appointment was made and the Russ came within a few hours. He was on time and quite pleasant. I will have no problem recommending this company to my friends.

Great communication, excellent service, fair price, and AC guy who came out to house was so positive, precise and determined when faced with a very difficult and super tight crawl space to get repair completed. While they did a great job installing our unit a few years ago, they failed us recently. Unit went out around 8pm, called and left our number and a request to call us in the morning with the after hours person. Still have not heard from them, 2 weeks later. I'm sure it was an oversight, but still disappointed.
I've used Kleen air for over a decade. As a family business, they are always courteous and professional. They won't sell you something you don't need, but will make sure that the systems are in top shape. I don't ask for anything more from a contractor.
They are an amazing team! Our condenser unit failed when there was heat advisory in TX! My home warranty has tie up with Kleen Air Services and they were able to schedule me the very next morning. Fred besfki was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. Turned out that condenser unit failed so there was a couple days wait to get the new unit. Now there were challenges with freight and unit didn’t arrive on time on the day of installation. Thats when Fred quickly hopped on to help again!! He went out of his way to coordinate to get another unit and made sure that installation happened as promised. It was truly overwhelming to see such a kind act from him. To be honest I thought we would have to tolerate atleast another day of 92 inside temperature, but Fred saved us from that horror 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Special Thank you to Juan as well who installed the unit. He is quite pleasing and patient and answered all my questions. Alta who is in-office staff was very prompt and helpful in coordinating and keeping me updated and reassuring that their team is quite reliable! All in all an ‘excellent team’ and i plan to use them for any HVAC maintenance 😊😊

Updated in April 2022, 2 years after my initial review, which is retained below. I called Kleen to give my system a health check and also because I needed some changes made to my duct work. Tony wasn't available, but they sent James out to work my system. James was right on time and the office called with an ETA once he was en route to my house. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve with the ducting changes and my long-term plans for the system. I felt like he quoted a very fair price for the work I needed done, and I signed the quote on the spot. Kleen was very quick about scheduling someone to perform the ducting changes, and it was actually James who came back out to complete it. That was super nice because I didn't have to explain the project to someone new. ---------- I had to call for help when something in my A/C started blowing out the fuses. It was intermittent and going to be hard to trace. They dispatched someone pretty quick, a technician named Tony. He worked very hard trying to find the faulty component. He wound up having to make 3 visits I think to finally find and replace it. But he was friendly and in good spirits the whole time, despite the frustration he had to be feeling. Yes, getting an HVAC service is always going to be a little bit expensive. But for the effort he put into it, I still felt like I got a pretty good value. In summary, when I do some future upgrades to my system, I will be calling Kleen. And I will also be requesting that Tony be the one dispatched.
Local, friendly, prompt and a job well done. I used to have to dust on the regular, and never realized how much it would help getting a good duct cleaning! Highly recommend if you have never had them cleaned before!
