Matt was great he helped me make sure my AC was running well. He even fit me in his schedule as a courtesy since we have done prior business. I was able to learn more about how the AC works and felt good about doing business with Matt
Matt Bruner, showed up promptly on a Monday, and in a short amount of time , Matt told us why the air upstairs was not coming on. Nice to know, we did not need to replace a unit. It was just a fan needing to be replaced. The very next day, Matt was on time again with new fan in hand. Took about 2 hrs. In this terrible hot weather in the low 100’s. Thanks Matt
Matt did an excellent job explaining the issues and all of our options very thoroughly including both cost effective and efficient solutions. He was eager to answer any questions we had so that I felt like I understood the situation well. He was quick to respond and quick to solve the problem. He went above and beyond with troubleshooting so that we had good options for future improvements we could make to our system as well. In addition, Matt was kind and professional. I will definitely be using Matt for any future AC work and would highly recommend him to others.

Matt went above and beyond to troubleshoot our AC unit to figure out the root cause. It’s so dang hot outside in the Texas heat and he happily spent time outside and in the attic working to resolve the problem. Matt was a referral by a friend. I called him late Friday evening and he was out and A/C back cooling by 9PM. Good guy & easy to work with.
Matt was thorough, efficient, honest and generous with his time. Inspected the condition of a number of things, as well. Blew out the clogged a/c drain and shop-vac'ed the pan underneath.
Called Matt at 3:45. Outdoor a/c fan making loud noise. He said he was just finishing a job and could swing by at 4:30 on his way home. He arrived right at 4:30. Diagnosed the problem, had the parts in the truck. Problem was fixed by 5:30. He charged me 25% of what my regular contractor quoted and it was going to be a month before they could get the very rare and hard to find motor. To be fair, their goal was to sell me a new system. I am so thankful for smart and honest people like Matt.

Very good experience with the AC repair service
Our AC was failing and our renters were having to endure 80 degrees indoors in a Texas summer. Matt was able to come the same day I called and fix everything in a matter of a few hours. We asked a few questions about his recommendations for regular maintenance, and he was open about how little or how much is truly necessary—even telling us he didn’t think we’d especially need regular check ins unless we just wanted that. It is so helpful to be able to trust the advice, pricing, and work of an expert. Matt is knowledgeable, fair, and does great work for his customers. We highly recommend him!
Had a great experience, AC went out over the weekend. Matt was able to come by and quickly diagnosed the problem, fortunately it wasn't too bad and had it fixed in an hour. Will definitely call again next time we've got problems.

Matt arrived right on time, was very friendly, and did a great job! He was able to address my concern of the unit running too loudly and patched some holes in the attic ducts. He was very informative about what he did and what may need to be done in the future and took time to ask if I had any other concerns or questions. I will definitely call him again.
Matt with Hearthstone was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to perform additional tests to give me more information than I asked for to set my mind at ease. He noticed things done incorrectly by previous installers and corrected them at no additional charge. He treated my home like his own. He was thoughtful about the work he did rather than simply trying to get the job done and move on. I will be returning to Hearthstone for all future AC needs.
