Needed a new multimeter. Swing in and Karen helped me find the right Fluke meter. She was very helpful, nice, and professional. Definitely need to hire more like her.
Where do I begin? I’m a commercial engineer that works for Transwestern; and I am constantly on the move to find parts,motors,misc. items, and anything in between. Shout out to 2 employees, Season and Ted. They both are amazing and have wonderful customer service. Season and Ted always remember my name when I walk through the doors, very personable. They are always eager to help me out with anything I have questions with. If we can’t find it, they always help finding another solution to get the job done. Many Thanks for all you do for me!
They were fast and efficient. Prices though are almost double in some cases when compared to other online retailers.
Placed an order online but neever received an email confirmation. Credit card was charged though. Called and they couldnt figure out what was going on. This place is run by a bunch of incompetent clowns. Credit card dispute incoming.
We were promised our order to pickup in Plano Friday after 2:30. We arrive after driving 27 miles and product wasn’t there. We go Monday morning and still not there and younglady didn’t know when, her customer service was not conducive of us returning there anymore and will let my contractor know as well. Although it was a small order, small can increase. So our Monday job made us look bad in our clients eyes
You call one location and a different location answers. Always. Then you spend 30 mins answering their questions, like your name that you have to spell out, etc. And after that only do you find out that you're talking to the wrong location and that they don't have the part in stock.
Update: We all make mistakes. It's how those mistakes are handled that determines whether that business is worth frequenting. Grainger's senior service representative (Ish) resolved the issue to my satisfaction. He did not just tell me what I wanted to hear in order to get me off the phone. Ishmail honored his verbal commitment, and, within 24 hours, I had received the replacement order. Thank you, Grainger, for hiring representatives who are responsive and responsible. Orginal review: I just picked up an order for 20 #200 moving boxes. Unfortunately, there were only 16 boxes. Rather than take an additional hour out of my day to drive to and from Grainger Plano to pick up the four boxes that should have been included, I called to ask that they be shipped to me free of charge. I have now been on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting to see if Grainger can correct their error without costing me additional time and money. As a small business owner, every minute spent on hold is a minute wasted. I would like the 4 #200 boxes shipped to me at 1200 Grinnell Drive, Richardson TX 75081 or the $9.61 ($2.22/box x 4 boxes x 8.25% tax) refunded to me.
Got me what I needed overnight (which was hard hats in a particular color) very nice staff.
