Mr. Yoder is great! He’s helped us out twice now & couldn’t be happier. We were worried we’d have to get a new system, but he was able to just make a repair to get us up and going again. He was honest about the condition of our unit but actually offered to repair it rather than just try to sell us a new one. Way better service than those big name a/c companies!
Had work done on my place today. The worker was an outstanding real professional go-getter. The guy was a pleasure to interact with, great guy!
Very happy with the service! AC died on a sweltering Saturday night and First mechanical heating and cooling team were at my house within an hour! Beyond that, I was prepared for bad news but a simple repair was all I needed. I can't recommend them highly enough. First Mechanical Heating and cooling is by far the most conscientious HVAC company I've ever encountered.
Kent Yoder's been working on my air conditioning for my home and at my business for over 6 years. I find him to be reliable and forthright in this time estimates and cost estimates this type of professionalism is what is missing in most Service agents business today. If you want your service at a decent price with guaranteed quality call Kent he will take care of you at 1st Mechanical. I have recommended him to several of my coworkers in the past, whom were all equally happy. By the way I can't believe the previous reviews. Kent has always been polite and professional. You have to admit it's amazing how many reviews got written with in JUST 2 WEEKS. 1st time reviewers as well. I guess some people, enjoy besmirching others. I say Bless them all, God will sort them out.
There are so many other options for these services, run, don't walk away from this one! Rude, unprofessional and swears at women?? Never would want someone like this in my home especially Round my children!
