We have been using Arrowhead Heating & Air for over 10 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are professionals and reliable. They get to you quickly and get the job done and I don’t feel like I’ve been taken advantage of when I pay for their service. You can’t go wrong by choosing Arrowhead Heating & Air.
I am happy to express "Thanks" to Arrowhead Heating & Air and their installation team who took their time and effort to listen and accommodate my request of installing the new AC unit to the location. I was also very impressed with the quality of work and work ethic. Simply amazing.
Arrowhead Heating & Air have been our HVAC company for three years now, and I couldn't be more impressed. The technician is extremely competent and has always handled all our problems quickly and smoothly including the installation of a whole new furnace. Their prices have always been reasonable. They have also made it clear that they are always available in case of emergencies at night or on weekends, which is comforting to know. 5*****!!
We called Arrowhead Heating & Air to help our rented unit that was being serviced by another company that couldn't continue on their work with us. Craig was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a couple of days. He took time to speak and explain everything that was going on and how to make sure it doesn't happen again. He also made a special effort to come out on a Saturday during a heat wave when our tenant was troubled of heat. Approved.
The sales team on the phone were friendly and were able to schedule in a surveyor visit the next evening. The surveyor visited to measure up and provide us with more information. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. A price was agreed on and the works were schedule in within 2 weeks. The installation team were friendly, efficient and respectful of our property. They explained the process, did the job and then cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend the service and product. Our property is now warmer and more Eco friendly.
Dryer wasn't working in a new house and called Arrowhead Heating & Air for an appointment, they were very thorough and caught an improper installation issue which they promptly fixed. Great service, easy to work with!
Craig came out and inspected my system. He was very polished and respectful. He found a couple of issues and explained all the details to me. He also found a very fine "winning" sound with the humidifier and was able to fix. Painstaking job indeed!!
Arrowhead Heating & Air was responsive in providing quote for garage furnace, focused on solving the problem vs selling us something not needed. Crew that did the job was on time, hard working, polite and professional, worked well together. Would use them again! Thank you Arrowhead Heating & Air.
I learned about Arrowhead Heating & Air from a friend of a friend. And after doing some research on my own, I am glad to say that working with a group of guys from the sales came with all their equipment to install my unit, it was a great experience for me. All around exceptional service. Thanks again guys for work well done!!
Craig and Kim from Arrowhead Heating & Air did an excellent job air sealing and installing new insulation in my attic. They were courteous, professional, thorough, careful and friendly. They arrived on time, kept me informed as needed, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Craig also did a great job providing the quote and answering my questions. Thank you.
When our furnace stopped working, we called Arrowhead Heating & Air and they were able to come out early in the morning on the day we called. As Craig diagnosed the furnace, he explained in clear understandable terms what the potential problems could be. He was very knowledgeable and took me through the possible solutions to fix the furnace.Finally, he was able to install a new furnace in a timely manner on the same day.The entire team was very responsive, professional, and polite.My furnace now works as it should and the whole process was a positive experience.
